We dont get a chance to do this very often BUT we would like to be able to someday and are looking forward to when we will be able to... Right now we go out alone alot and date and things like that. We want a weekend get away someday though BUT with the kids and his work and my mom living with us right now it is just not happening as of yet. It definitley is one of our goals though.

My husband and I have been married for 15 years and have 2 children. We go on a date at least once a month. We like to take road trips at least twice a year, even if it's only a 2 hour drive. Being in the car gives us time to talk and spend time together without phone, TV, or knocks on the door. The dates allow us a little romantic time away from the kids and a nice quiet dinner.

We dont have time for road trips anymore...when we were in the military we had more than our share of road trips.
Vacations once a year if we can. And getaways every chance we get even if its for a day.

Usually once or twice a year, for about 5-7 days for each getaway.

My wife and I went on at least one vacation a year. It gave us a time to enjoy each other that much more away from all the day to day problems and she deserved a couple of weeks of being waited on for a change. She took pride in keeping an immaculate house and she deserved that two weeks a year and more.

We try for once a year, but as the years go on, and the more children we have... life seems to get in the way! We always shoot to at least take small road trips once or twice a year just to get away.

We try at least three times a year. When the kids were smaller at least once a year, now with them being young adults we make them go away and we have the house to ourselves.

Once a year for at least 5 days!
This year we are going away with kids for a week, and then a week for our selfs!
