ok i like this girl at my school i gave her a note saying that i like her when i gave it to her she was shocked what does that mean please help

Chances are it means she is a good actress. Girls usually know that you like them, but it is not cool to think so. So she is playing a typical girly game. She wants you to chase her, so that she can feel special. Game on.

well she is shocked you were such a wimp and you now think she will go out with you. The thing is that you probably talked to her a lot and became her friend. Once you are a girls friend, she sees you totally different and cannot imagine a relationship between you guys.
So then you top it off with the weakest way to tell someone you like them.... Give them a note. What did it say? Gee I think you are swell? Look man, you cant spill your guts in such a weak way. You should have brought her out, got flirty and kissed her. You don't say Oh I like you so much I hope we can go out. Especially in a note.

As a girl, I can tell you that she would have liked it better if you told her face to face, instead of in a note. So, talk to her, get to know her a little better, and then, if all goes well, ask her out. Face to face, though, not on paper. I was really pissed when this guy asked me out with a note (he even drew a dorky picture). Anyway, she won't go out with you if it's in a note.

Well there's a TON of possibilities here. Maybe she doesn't like you back, maybe she likes someone else, maybe she doesn't even know you! Just give her some time and maybe ask her about the note during school, see what she's feeling.

That she had only thought of you as a friend up until now.
OR
That she actually likes you and was trying to hide her feelings from other people by pretending to be shocked.
Either way-it's not a very good sign. Time to get the inside info by having one of your friends ask one of her friends. And get prepared for some bad news.

She probably didn't know how to react to the question, maybe you made it awkward for her. She either like you as a friend or she doesn't like you at all. I think you should ask her if she like you and just take it from there. Don't torture yourself all day thinking about what she's thinking about the question. Save yourself some stress. Good Luck!!!

Shes proably confused. give her some time! if she doesn't it mention it for a couple days ask her about it (though just as a warning she may not like u back)

It could mean a lot of things but if you want to know you are gonna have to talk to her.. If you cannot talk to her you are not ready to be in a relationship !
