It depends. Do you really love her? Do you think that if you tell her that she will love you back or run away because she is scared? If you answer these question correctly then you can tell her becuase it will come from the heart. Remember love is something that you should not play with because you can hurt people's feelings. It really depends on alot of factors. For instance, how long you'd been dating, or known eachother before becoming an official couple.
If you really mean it. I mean, you don't just say that stuff if you don't. Because she'll know.
I think...You should just say it when you feel the time is right. Like...You could be walking together, holding hands and like stop and kiss her and tell her you love her because you can't just hold it in anymore.
If she's with you, she isn't with you for nothing. Obviously it's not gonna bother her that you love her. So just tell her.
^^ Too many guys hold in what they feel for too long and end up losing everything. Just don't be one of those.

I think when the time is right when you see she all head over heels let it slip out or wake her up in the middle of the night wake her up and say I don't need a response back but I want you to know I love you.

theres no answer to this question, ppl are different and it all depends on the relationship and how well its going, it could take u a month or it could take u a year... but however long it takes u, when u really feel it, tell her right away. and do it in a romantic way, surprise her.

hmm well..it's all a matter of opinion and if she has the same vibes as you and you have the same vibes for her ...i mean my husband...when we dated, said i love you to me and i too him in a month after we dated. we felt that connection in a month sometimes people "feel" it sooner and some feel it later...so go with your heart and your gut feelings. i am sure when she hears you say that to her she will say it back to u and be so happy. good luck hope this helps

I say a couple months, but it all depends on the feelings.
