1-Someone you love and who loves you, with alot of physical chemistry, but your personalities clash, and they make you miserable
or
2-Someone you dont love, you like who is very nice to you and you get along but there is no physical chemistry, they make you happy, but it is getting boring
Why cant we just take the qualities we like and put them into one person?

I would go for number 1.. cause you actually love this person and they love you. You can always work on your personalities clashing. But you can't force yourself to love someone. It doesn't work that way.

I wouldn't take either one. No one says you have to settle for one or the other. I waited and found all of the above with a man I love more than life itself. You can't be miserable everyday and I would never be with someone I didn't love. The choice is yours. You are worth more than settling.
