have been with my bf for 2.5 months(i'm 21, hes24)I am his first gf in 2yrs When we first met i knew he really liked me.We hung out quite a bit at first,about 4 times a week.he took me to meet his parents & friends in the first few weeks.evrything was going great,but now i barely see him,hes ALWAYS out with friends and he drinks quite often.we live about 30 min away,and only i have a car.he really opened up to me one nite and told me how his ex cheated on him(i can tell this reallyhurt him).The amt of time we spend togther has been really bothering me.I see him once a week and we are usually with his friends or his parents.I talked to him last nite abt this and he was being very understanding but said whenevr hes changed for a girl shes screwed him over,so hes scared to get hurt again then he started to get kinda angry and said he wants space!He kept telling me last nite how much he cares about me.I know hes under ALOT of stress now,what should i do now???how do i give him space?

My son is turning 2 on May 1. My ex and I have 7 months that he left he comes around once a week he some times spends a day with him when I take my son to his home on his day off. I was thinking 4 his B-Day that I wanted to take my 3 son to Disney land the whole day. I was not thinking of telling his father. I am getting second thoughts should I tell him what I have planned or should I just go with my first thought???? He does give me money..... He just doesn't call for him or spend time with him.

Please help me.

Growing up, I always thought that the purpose of dating was to find a mate, someone to spend the rest of my life with.

I found her. We were both young. In many ways, being married has freed us.

Why is there this sense that young 20's is too early to get married? We're only 39 and we've been married for 16 years. We have 2 kids and we love each other desperately.

Sure, we've had problems, but ultimately, we solve them together. Because we can always rely on each other, it makes it easier to do things. We're free.

What's the deal? Why do people fear committment/marriage?

I'd met her through a friend. I came home last week and she
was at my apartment talking to my girlfriend since they apparently know each other. My girlfriend hasn't said anything
yet so I don't know if they talked about me or not.
Should I go ahead and bring up the sex with this woman first

me and the bf have a baby together. I want to leave, with the baby of course. I've left in the past but always came back. The only place me and baby have to go is the reservation where there's nothing but drunks and drug addicts except for a few family members but drunks live with them as well. I really don't want baby to live there. my bf wouldn't let me take baby anyways but it's just so bad between us. I've tried and tried to make it good but it just wont. Anyone have any suggestions of what i should do?

He is 19, at University, has a very hard working nature and studies religiously at exam time. This makes me feel left out as when he has exams coming up he locks himself up at home and I barely see him until exams are over, I don't speak to him over the phone as much either. We are planning on moving in together in August, and he has said to me that he will probably not change his revision schedule. He always says that 'exams have to come first'. I try to be patient and understanding, and this isn't anything that would break us up as I'll be with him through thick and thin, but what can I do to help the situation and make him prioritise me?
