Guy use to flirt none stop know its most time but when he plan to meet me some where he cancels to spend time with someonesle or work or something, when I ignore him thats when he gives me a lot of attention.

sometimes a guy tests a girl's sincerity and how much the girl likes him..simply: he just wants to get your attention and wants you running after him. Well, it's the thrill of dating and part of the "getting to know stage" but, if that happens all the time then you better not waste your time because it won't do you any good..find a person who can spend his time with you and doesnt keep you crazy running after him, if a guy really likes you, he would always find time to share a moment with you

It depends, are you only looking for fun or do you want a serious relationship?
If you want a relationship then get rid of him ASAP. As much as he may like you, he seems immature and unsure of what he wants. Maybe he wants to be free but still have you around (which most guys want unfortunately).
So I think that even though he IS interested in you, he doesnt want to focus on just one girl.
Honestly, alot of women have dealt with this behavior. I say definitely forget him completely unless its just casual fun youre looking for.
He may not purposely be playing this game but he is regardless.

He is probably flirting with you because he is bored. Not to say that he might have some feelings with you but some people just flirt out of boredom.

I think its time for you to stop playing his game and tell him straight out how you feel. move on find someone else that wants to spend time with you, and not only when you start to ignore him and tell him either he wants to spend time and stop making excuses up. or move on. good luck.

then ignore him, make him miss you. wait for him to call, don't call him. let him do the asking out, not you. he is being a player.
