How old are you ?
How do you know the History teacher has AIDS ?
How do you know she is sleeping withe you Mom ?
How does your Mom know your History teacher so closely ?
Are they friends from past or is the teacher a home tutor. If she is a home tutor - I would suggest you study history yourself and tell your parents you no longer need a teacher.
Just saw your other questions - cat having sex and problems with year book teacher. If you are not keen on getting an education just forget about going to school. With your frame of mind you could become one of those porn artists who get paid 50cents an hour.
..... do not invent reasons to hide failures in studies before giving your exams..... use this creativity to study and you would fare much better in life.

how do you know this for a fact. has your mother told you herself.
how do you know she has aids.
you need to chill and let your mom live her life. if she wants to have a relationship with a woman who are you to decide she is wrong. last I knew the only one who could judge your mother was God. Is that you.
If you are trully concerned and can handle what may be said sit her down and talk to her. tell her you love her and what ever is going on you will stand behind her. that you only want to be in the loop.
if this is true hug her and let her be. unless she asks for something from you. you can not force her to take it. I am praying that things get better for you and that you are wrong about the aids things.

I am sorry this must be so hard for you. Have you tried to talking to your mom? Does she know that your teacher has aids?
I wish I could give you more advise but all I can tell you is that your mom is an adult and once you talk to her, it will be entirely up to her.

Mom is doing something foolish and dangerous - compromising her daughter's respect and her own health. You need to confront her and tell her how you feel and ask her how SHE would feel if the situation were reversed?
Mom needs serious counseling, and I would suggest you find a worthy friend/mentor to share this with for support and guidance.
