I'd met her through a friend. I came home last week and she
was at my apartment talking to my girlfriend since they apparently know each other. My girlfriend hasn't said anything
yet so I don't know if they talked about me or not.
Should I go ahead and bring up the sex with this woman first
to my girlfriend or take my chances that the cute girl won't tell?
How should I handle it?

by not sleeping with other women. it depends on how important your girlfriend is to you. if you want it to work long time then honesty is the best policy otherwise she will just get even more hurt if someone else tells her. if she's not worth it and you want to sleep with other people, why not just be single and save hurting others?
