She told me earlier that she just wanted to be "friends". I thought to myself, "Why don't I just go play in traffic." Yet, she is so complimentary and so encouraging when I talk to her. She confuses the crap out of me. My friends tell me to kick her to the curb and that she is a total flake. I think they are right, but I can't deny her positive remarks toward me or the fact that I have known her since I was 12. I guess I should just leave this dizzy chick alone. She has me on an emotional roller coaster. One minute everything is great. The next, she acts like I should stay 1000 miles away and don't call. I am very, very confused. Is it me? Or, does she have a mental condition?

Hi. Ive got an issue with me, my daughter and her biological father. He sez he wants a lawyer to talk to me about his parental rights. See, he paid child support for years now and hasnt paid for months. He and I broke up when i was pregnant at 15 (i am now 23) and he only seen her maybe 3 times her entire life. Shes 8 1/2 now. He hasnt seen her since she was about 1 1/2 years old. She has not a clue who he is or that her stepfather now isnt her real father. He doesnt know her biological father and doesnt know hes out there. So what "parental rights" does he have? He cant just say he wants to see her when hes nothing but some stranger to her and sees my husband as her father. My husbands been in her life and raised her when she was 18 months. He cant just barge in her life and say hey im your real dad right? All im asking is what parental rights does he have? He hasnt seen her in 7 years. Never acknowledged her. Thanks!

I have a friend that her husband left her, and told her he filed for divorce, she never seen the paper work, we live in Indiana and I called the court office and they said she would have had to gone to court.. Well he told her he was married and we so didnt believe him, but we called to get the record of the county they were married in and he is really married to two women at one time... I am wondering what she can do? She was told to hire a lawyer, she doesnt have alot of money, and is to heart broke to take the first step is there anything I can do to help her... Please help me... for her

my paretns are going crazy on me. i try so hard to please them bu one thing after another isnt good enough for them..im 15 and the give me NO freedom everyday i cry and feel i am about to explode.. bc im a girl that needs indenpnce..i long to go to school everyday [crazy i no!] bc my parents constenetly tell me im not good enough and im a SHAME OF A DAUGHTER!! im so hurt i want to be responsible,, impess the, and be able to hang out with my best frned again { they get a bad "vibe " from her so we cant hang out. i also want to get a car in the near future..this wont happen bc aparently im a "wild child" not realy tho, i never have don drugs n i dont drink..how can i convice my parents for FRRREDOM..i think ill die if i dont get it soon. im sick sick sick of crying and watching other poeple party outside my housewhile i study spanish

I met this guy. We spend three weeks together. Talk on the phone/internet together alot. Went on a trip. Now i am getting mixed signals all of a sudden. My son , 6 yrs old, says another kid has strangled him and tells the other kids not to play w/ him. It is really sad because they used to be friends but then he made another friend he likes better. He is having a hard time dealing w/ it and still trys to play w/ him, which anoys the boy all the more. My older son had a bully and I talked to the school but they would not do any thing about it so I told him to hit him back. It worked and the kid didn't mess w/ him anymore, but I always wondered if I did the right thing. I hate my kids being victims. After he had done it I told him to only do that in self defence and NEVER hit a girl of course. He did well w/ it and never had much problems after that.So what do I do this time around? I hate violence. I would love to have him in another class, because he has told me that his teacher never forgives him, but I doubt that it could be arranged because all the classes are full. When ever I talk to the teacher bout anything she seems defensive.

my friend hates my cousin who she was friends w/ now she is telling my parents is on drugs. i want his parents to know, they'll send him to a rehab. i dont think it shoudl happen through my parents i dont see why it shoudl theyre not close w his parents or anything . i feel like they are MY parents should i just say "yeah, go ahead" or "no, theyre my parents" i can have them not believe her if i tell them that she is lying as revenge. i'd rather her tell my cousin's parents what to do?

I got out of a long term relationship awhile ago and now I'm starting to date again, but I'm starting to think this new guy isn't interested or is a player. So far, we've gone out twice over several weeks because he only seems to want to go out on the weekend. Today, he left me a msg saying he'd call me later today to make plans. He called at ten saying he was too tired to hang out, along with that, he seems to forget everything I tell him. I've told him it's my spring break 5 times already...and just the fact that he was too tired, is that strange? It would only be our third date and he gets off work around 6. The first red flag was on our second date, he moved way too fast for me but I had felt sick that day so told him I didn't want to do anything. The fact that he moved so fast on our second date but is "too tired" for the third is weird. No offense guys, but if there's the prospect of sex, can you be too tired? Or what if you just really like the person, wouldn't you show up?

Me and my bf have been togethr for more than 6 mnths now. ok i found out my husband cheated when he was on vacation mind u we havent ever been on a vacation together (no honey moon)when i asked him about it he denied it and now he tells me i could go and get another guy to have sex with isnt he telling me he cheated by doing this?
