What do you when your spouse always wants to be on top and so do you? We are both claustrophobic and get very upset being under the other person. Should we break up?

There's no reason to break up. Maybe try to change the environment that you and your partner are in to something more relaxing so that maybe one of you will be okay to be on the bottom.

Try standing up (if he's buff enough to hold you aloft and do the deed). Try doggie style. Get a Tommy Lee style swing. Geez, anythings better than tossing in the towel because nobody wants the bottom. By the way, that totally blows my mind! Hell, I would stay on the bottom forever if I could find a woman willing to be on top all the time! Your friggin guy is lucky as crap as doesn't even know it.

If you cannot find a position which you can accept on the following link you should definitely break up. There has to be some compromise somewhere for a marriage to work and there are a lot of options available.

What? Have you ever heard of doing it doggy style (you on your hands and knees and he's behind you) instead of the missionary position (laying down front to front)? How boring can you get? This should get rid of your claustrophobia. How about standing up (face to face)? Or you can sit your a_s on a table at about waist height (to him) and go for it. Try it sideways front to front (facing each other) or front to back (you on your side with you back towards him). Is it that you don't like sex? Or is it just because the claustrophobia. Give me a break and try what I suggested you may happen to like it. For sure you will!

NO, stay together and buy a book with a bunch of different positions. And get out of bed more often...lean over the back of the couch, sit on the kitchen table, bend over the bathroom sink... Why fight over who's on top?? (Unless you really want to break up for another reason that is!)

lol ummmmmmm no.. lol thats got to be the stupidest reason every to break up, here i thought u were going to say that one wants sex more then the other, or one has a sexual disfuction lol.. ummmm u do know there are more positions out there other then missionary right? lol.. omg.. thats as bad as breaking up cause u dont like the way someone sneezes lol..

Just take turns. You're on top odd calendar days and he's on top on even days.
You could also bribe him with other services. You on top gets him extra oral and more frequent anal. That helps most guys get over the claustrophobia.

how about him standing beside the bed, you at the edge with legs around him, that way nobody is being layed on..... try standing up, bend over in front of him and let him get you from behind, once again nobody on top... try it standing up with you against a wall.... have him lift one leg of yours up... there are plenty of ways to do that not lying down

Yes, you might as well, because if you guys can't figure out how to make THAT work, then you're never going to be able to compromise on REAL problems, like what color drapes to get for the living room......
