I got out of a long term relationship awhile ago and now I'm starting to date again, but I'm starting to think this new guy isn't interested or is a player. So far, we've gone out twice over several weeks because he only seems to want to go out on the weekend. Today, he left me a msg saying he'd call me later today to make plans. He called at ten saying he was too tired to hang out, along with that, he seems to forget everything I tell him. I've told him it's my spring break 5 times already...and just the fact that he was too tired, is that strange? It would only be our third date and he gets off work around 6. The first red flag was on our second date, he moved way too fast for me but I had felt sick that day so told him I didn't want to do anything. The fact that he moved so fast on our second date but is "too tired" for the third is weird. No offense guys, but if there's the prospect of sex, can you be too tired? Or what if you just really like the person, wouldn't you show up?

and breaking our date at ten is rude right? calling earlier to let me know would have been nice.

Yeah..go with your gut..he's a loser and probably was hooking up with another girl and bailed on you. If he really was into you he would not have called so late and he would not have cancelled. What a lame excuse. Do not waste more of your precious time talking to him and tell the dude to get lost because you have better things to do. Stay busy and happy and lose him. He is not worth it. If a guy is into you more than a booty call he would not treat you like that and put you on the back burner. Do not go out with a guy who does not have the decency to make plans in advance because you are too damn busy for that! Also, do not wait for his call...you are busy and your time is valuable. If he doesn't book ahead you are doing something else! Read that book "He's just not that into you." You will learn what to look for and right now "He's not that into you".
