Make a move, but don't be too aggressive. Most girls, like me, want the guy to move in. But if you really, really, really feelin her, ask her. But don't write a note if you can help it. She might feel like if you writing a note now, you might break up with her through a note or something. It's always better face to face.

simple! There are always hints to see if a girl likes you: Does she blush around you?
Does she look at you once in a while?
Does she smile at you?
Does she act differently with you?
If you still cann't tell, then ask her!

trust me. talk to her. tell her. there's nothing a girl hates more than a guy who doesnt speak his mind. so you have two options:
1. tell her, if she rejects you, too bad, but you'll know the truth and move on. if she agrees, well there you go!!
2. dont tell her and always wonder "what if...?"
bottom line: GO FOR IT!

if she`s nervous arround you, if she touches her hair, if she blinks a lot, if she looks directly into your eyes, if she tries to touch you, if she calls you, if she wants to be close to you, if she finds any dumb reason to be with you, if she tries to have your atention, if she tells you about secret things, if she trusts you, then she likes you ;D
