after two years, it's still the same dilemma for me..
" go for my dreams.. why nursing?.. be a change" . honestly, that's torture to a student, coming both from relatives who reared you. i felt like bernardo carpio or worse, a toy truck being pulled from both ends...

I honestly do not understand your question. A dilemma implies that you have to choose between 2 things, and you didn't list either of them. What is the conflict here? And am I supposed to know who this latin fellow is that you mention? please be more clear.
