I am practically head over heels for this guy, and he knows it. He told me he got out of a bad relationship, and 1 week later, he got back with his ex-girlfriend. But ever since, he has looked more and more sad. I really want to cheer him up.
Now I think he has been avoiding me in hopes to drench my fire for him. ( My Theory).
How do I get him to notice me again?
And how should I tell him my true feelings?

If you really care, and you really want him, you need to back way off. So far off that he can't tell you love him. Be a friend, be supportive, but not overly so. Don't flirt, don't communicate your love in any way. If he is gun shy (and he is), the last thing he wants right now is you drooling over him. He needs time to heal, and time for himself. You just need to sit back and watch, bide your time, and then when he is ready, he'll let you know.

Get over it, go out with someone else. Sorry... it is sad but true. He is taken and if he sees you making puppy dog eyes at him you will be less attractive to him. The more desperate you seem the less he will want you. Make yourself unavailable, date others, and see what happens.

You shouldn't. If he's with his ex or still hung up on her you'll only get hurt if you get in the way now. If he's avoiding you, take the hint and find someone willing to reciprocate your feelings/affection.

Well, first things first. You can not make anyone love you back. If you want to be this guys friend, then be a good friend to him. Support him in his decisions even if they are not what you want. If he has more romantic feelings for you, he will show them. I would also be honest and tell him how you feel for him. Hopefully, he will be honest in his feelings for you in return.

Just ask him if he is okay when you notice that he is sad. Starting out being a friend who listen will get him to know that you care.

this sounds like alot of work, and you shouldn't be doing alot of work to get a guy, is there no other man living in your town? or something?
to get him to notice you, just call him and tell him to come over to get a free massage
while you're massaging him tell him your true feelings
