my fiance is born agian christian but is not longer involved in the church. Im Catholic and attend church rarely..I was raised to belive that a marriage doesnt count unless you get married in church..,he doesnt want to convert and i will not either..so we are planning on getting married outdoors..so how can i include my religious backround in the ceremony

It is my wife's birthday and is just starting (past midnight now). Wanted to celebrate it well but didn't go well. Had bought a couple of things for her birthday but didn't give (planning to give in the morning). Didn't buy things which I really wanted to gift her. Am confused and not very happy. My fiance has two children from a previous relationship, aged 14 and 7. His ex-girlfriend cheated on him, and left a couple of years ago, taking the kids and moving straight in with another man. Despite this, things had seemed to be going relatively well since, my partner has always, and continues to meet his financial obligations towards the children, and also looks after them 2 or 3 days each week. The issue has been that his ex seems to be extremely jealous of the good relationship he has with his kids, and has increasingly tried to cause problems between them. She frequently tries to cause arguments, or say hurtful things to the children like that their dad is trying to steal them away from her, that he doesn't really love them, that once we are married he will forget about them etc. My partner and the kids feel very upset whenever she does these things, is there anything we can do to help the situation?

I look at the blue sky,the heavens above.
I pray to the lord that he show me some love.
I know he's with me, but sometimes I feel so alone.
I push forward cause I know one day he'll take me home.
It's like I take 4 steps forward, and 8 steps back.
I struggle,and struggle,but I can't seem to get my life on track.
so used to the hustle,and the thug life,now I'm trying to do this 9 to 5.
It gets hard because my defenses are up, and I still think I have to be slick to survive.
am I victim of the streets? just another minority that life beats?
I'm trying to be better than that,but it's not as easy as pulling a rabbit out of a hat.
I try so hard, I make progress, then life pulls the card.
But I know when I wake up that it will be a struggle today, so I take precautions, and hit my knees to pray.

My husband looks at porn a lot...I asked him how often and he said almost every night. He looks up free videos (particularly of girls giving guys oral sex) late at night when I'm alseep. I feel kind of confused about it, because on one hand I am okay with it because I'd rather he look at porn than cheat on me, but on the other hand I feel like he is doing it too much and he could just ask ME to do whatever it is he is looking at. We got into a fight last night and this morning I got on the computer and found SEVERAL porn videos and websites on the computer from last night....so I installed a porn blocker. I am really tired of this whole porn thing...it makes me feel as if he values jerking off to some whore giving a ******** over the REAL sex he could be having with me! He masturbates to porn more often than we have sex! And I am always willing to have sex whenever he wants and I always will try things he wants in bed; do you think I will be making things worse by blocking it?

He turned the video off and wanted to just talk because we never talk. Normal talk about our lives. Then, one of my friends, Eric, the guys' dorm RA came and stared the guy down. And the guy I'll call guy, was like are you the librarian? So, guy was telling me that eric just wants to protect me because he loves me and that "I'm a heartbreaker" ( in the past), and that eric thinks that " you like me" and therefore don't want to see you get your heart broken... and " I do have a girl-friend". I said, " yes, I know, you don't like me, you have a girl-friend, and I don't like you". and then I took a deep breathe, and he was like " are you o.k." and I "yes, I am fine!" w/ attitude.

hey, when i was young my parents tell me all the time how i use to say i love you to them all the time. but now that im older i dont say it at all. for some reason i dont remember saying i love you to my parents. i know i love them. but i never say it. it just feels weird. the one relative i truely loved was my grandma. she raised me. i was always with her. and most of my memories were of her. i can say i love you to my boyfriend every minute, and i know the love is there and is real i can feel it everytime. but when it comes to my parents, i freeze up. why? is there something wrong with me? i know in my heart i love them. is that enough? or should i just start saying it every chance i have? it feels like if i say i love them, im lying to myself and sometimes i feel they think i say it just to have something.. is it normal to love you parents but never say to them the acutally words? im so clueless

I told me ex-wife 18 years ago - she was only 19 at the time - that sex is the first thing that goes when a couple is having real problems...and it lasted all the way up until the last day - then she ran with our son and said she was never coming home and would not let him come home. Was I blinded by her using sex against me? Was I living an illusion? From the description she gave me through email from afar, she was terribly unhappy...but I didn't know any of this. Im having a bit of a problem, i am an 18 yr old girl who is attracted to older men (usually 3-15 yrs older).
