im 28 and getting married. i want to go somewhere tropical. i want it to be wild yet romantic. i want it to be like something i have never seen before. any ideas on where to go. i was thinking hawaii but i sort of looks boring

My husband and I went to Hawaii for our honeymoon. It was a GREAT time! We did an 8 day island hopping cruise and then a few days on Maui's Ka'anapali shore. We did so many fun things! We went on a sunset catamaran cruise on the Nepali coast that had a full dinner & bar. We went to the Backwoods Adventures and did Tubing the Ditch and Zip Line tour. We did a helicopter tour over a couple of islands, saw Haleakala crater at sunrise, parasailing, snorkeling, and a BUNCH more.
If you think it'll be boring, IT'S NOT. The cruise really got us to try a bunch of stuff because you get to go to the different islands and try different things. The cruise line actually sets up a lot of stuff that you can go to right through them, but we found a few fun things outside the cruise reccomendations.
If you still don't think Hawaii is for you, I'd reccommend a cruise. Lots of fun stuff to do, but still time to chill and relax!

We are getting married at the end of the month In Punta Cana Dominican republic. We have heard so many great things aboutit, the beaches, the ocean..etc. We have not been there and all of our guest haven't either so it will be a cool new experience for everyone. Everyone seems to do hawaii or mexico. Anyway good choice on the destination wedding it's so easy and fun and oh yeah pretty cheap too.

Hawaii is not boring-yes it ahs been done a million times--but there is a reason for that--it is a tropical paradise--ditto with the other generic yet wonderful choices--the bahamas--jamaica--etc...you could try Seychelles--or new Zealand--or the Andaman islands--if you want something more unusual or Mauritius or Fiji..or Goa--but basically you want beautiful weather and atmosphere so you can enjoy your new married life together--have fun:)

Congratulations! I don;t know what's yoru budgetm but here are some ideas:
Mar del Plata, Argentina. Unexpensive. It's summer there during our winter time.
Go on a Mexico or Bahamas Cruise.
Tahiti, Fiji, Thailand, all beautiful pristine and exotic beaches.
Dominican republic. It's cheaper than Puerto Rico and is not a tourist trap.Great surfing, scuba diving, fine dining, five star hotels.

If you think Hawaii is boring....you've never been to Hawaii before, have you???? It's anything but boring. The Carribean is nice as well. You could also do a cruise, where you can visit several different islands.

My future husband and I are going to Jamacia for our honeymoon at the end of September. We are staying at Sandals Negril and we got a great package when we booked with our travel agent. We got upgraded on our flight and are getting a great room. We can't wait.

Go to Sandals.com. My roommates mom got a wedding package through them and they absolutely loved it! They went to Jamaica and had a private wedding out on the beach and everything.

Take a cruise. Try a caribbean island. Try Europe. It's full of history and art and romance. There's tons of stuff to do.
