No, they can't tell by pressing on your stomach. BUT if you ARE, in fact being abused in ANY way...don't keep it to yourself. Find someone you trust and tell them.

No. That just tells them you are sensitive in the abdomen. They may ask you if it hurts or if you've had any issues with that area of your body, but if you don't tell them you've been abused, they cannot know it from simply pressing on your stomach.
