I told me ex-wife 18 years ago - she was only 19 at the time - that sex is the first thing that goes when a couple is having real problems...and it lasted all the way up until the last day - then she ran with our son and said she was never coming home and would not let him come home. Was I blinded by her using sex against me? Was I living an illusion? From the description she gave me through email from afar, she was terribly unhappy...but I didn't know any of this. It was all a big shock. I am left with so many questions of waht happened. I have drawn many of my own conclusions just reflecting back on statements that finally came clear and seeing myself from different perspective in realtionship to her. But can one get real answers? Sex was a big thing between us...but it couldn't have been the only thing for 12 years...could a woman acutally be so intimate with her husband if she is not in love with him thisway

It's possible, I guess. Most women connect sex with emotions, but I would imagine that not every woman is like that. Maybe that was the only thing that connected the tow of you, and everything else actually went first and you didn't realize it because you thought sex was the first to go.

I really don't believe it's possible. If a woman is that intimate with her husband, she is in love with him. She still can be unhappy at the same time too. It is up to you to find out why, and to take care of it.

usually, one can have good sex life only if one is intimate or close and happy with the spouse. i am surprised by ur wife's behaviour. u both shud have a good and frank talk with each other and find out what went wrong.
