ok, i was volunteering for and event with a girl that i know, and a boy pops up to the counter that was so cute. he came to get tickets and talk to the other girl. It turns out that they were friends. How should i go about getting to him. Should i get more friendly to the girl and slowly ask questions about him. What should i do?

Okay so there is this guy that I was dating all through last summer and into the fall/winter. It started off exclusive and then it kinda faded away to a once in awhile dating thing and then just friends. But all through that, we became VERY close friends. Pretty much best friends in a sense. We talk everyday, whether it's just a quick hello or a 4 hour conversation. Like I said, we are close. The other night we went out with some of our mutual friends and we wound up coming home at the end & sleeping together. It was amazing. But he said he wasn't sure he wanted to jump in a relationship again and would I mind being friends with benefits. Of course I said yes but now I am wondering if that is the best idea. See here is the thing, I am completely in love with this guy. I think he may love me too but he is scared to really tell me. He did tell me once that he loved me and my friendship but never the love me romantically way...yet. I don't know what to do. I love being w/ him intimately.

Now that I am with a new guy, he wants to move forward phisically.I want to as well, but I feel like I can't. It's so frustrating. I really like this new guy and he is special to me, but I feel like it is still hard to move on. Is there something wrong with me? What should I do?

This guy knew I liked him and he said he likes me too but wants to keep it "casual." I agreed thinking I can handle it but I think part of me thought he would change his mind. So we've been having s e x for 3 months and it's been great, I thought we were going somewhere. But he still says he just wants to keep it casual. His excuse is we live too far away to be able to get together enough for a r/ship, but he says he does like me. But now he tells me about another girl he really likes a lot. He says nothing will ever happen between them though because she's not interested. Girls, what would you do if this happened to you? Would you go crazy and slash his tires? I feel so used and betrayed. I also feel strangely numb about it all. What do you think?????

We were together 4 years, he's cheated on me,loves to have internet women on the side,emotionally absent, passive aggressive, plays mind games,would rather live in a homeless shelter than at home because he doesn't want to work,likes to find women he can live off of, he charms them[and me too] by saying 'you're my soulmate',we got a marriage license, and that same night he was on the internet asking three strangers he had never even met to marry him and have sex with him. I've been with my boyfriend for a year & have been friends with him for a long time beforehand.

When he sees one of his girly friends, he screams out their name & hugs them. He lights up. Today it hit me... why isn't he like that when he sees ME? We were at the bowling alley w/ friends & he was hugging her and everything. I just sat there. I bowled a strike & no one even saw it... not even my boyfriend because he was busy w/ his girly friend. People asked why I'm not smiling. I said, "I can't smile ALL the time!" He eventually gave me attention again & said I looked sad. I said, "I bowled a freakin' strike and no one even saw it." He had a smile on his face & said I'm jealous. I was like, "Jealous of what?" He said it's all about me while he was still smiling. He hugged me & said sorry tho.

I guess I'm just sad he doesn't light up when he sees me like he does with his friends. After all this time, I NEVER felt this way before. It's weird. Has anyone else felt this way before?

OK so I am 29 and my girlfriend is 25. We have been together 5 years and she is pressuring me big time to get engaged. We have done long distance this whole time and she has lied to me several times about big things, the last of which was about 2 months ago. I told her that we need stability and to rebuild trust before engagement. Now...she says if I don't propose by end of march she will leave me. Given that my family is concerned about this woman bc she has hurt me I simply said that I wanted her to go to my parents and tell them how much she loves me and that she will give me a good life. She refused to and says its horrible for me to ask her to do it. Is it that bad? Shouldn't a woman who loves me want to do something so simple to make me happy? PLease help me out....feel like I am crazy here.

so i decided to move on, after a few days she began to call me again and to go to the same nightclub i go... she always joins me in the dancefloor but if i try to get closer she rejects me,on the other side if she founds me chatting with another girl she gets jealous and starts her public displays of affection. I thought that she was playing with me so i decided to move on again and tried another club, she found me again...

i'm not in love with her anymore, but since this was the second time that something similar has happened to me, does anybody has an idea of what's happening?? thx

Does this girl like me ????
i starting to like this girl. and im getting mixed signals like she asked me when me and friend are goin 2 chill wit her and her friend. well anyways this all started when 1 day i went to the doctor and ended up seeing her i didn't know that was her but she did look familar she kept looking at me the whole time. then when i told her i saw her she said remembered me and asked me why i didn't say hi. then later on i asked her what was up wit me and her and she said i dont know you tell me. she also told me she wasnt a virgin and kept asking me if i was. i would tell her she is sexy jus 2 see what she would say and she said she was ugly that way i can tell her she's beautiful. she asked me 2 transfer 2 her school. i know her friend likes my friend but why is she picking me to go with my friend to hang out. i asked her if she would be my valentine and if she would give me her number. she told me that she can't give away her phone number but she wanted mine. and then last night she starts telling me that she was mad and that she felt like nobody cared about her and that she didn't want live anymore. honestly i was really worried i wanted her to make her feel better so i would say something to cheer her up and she would laugh. the next day she told me she felt better and i asked if she liked me and she laughed and said ummmm.. idk and through out the conversation she kept on calling me baby and laughing. is that a sign that she likes me ???

My husbands company is sending him to West Palm Beach, Florida. Neither of us have ever been. And neither of us have ever been on a plane. I happen to be jealous. I want to go to have the experience, but he will be in seminars all day and I'm not comfortable going out on the town during the day by myself.

So my delima is this: I don't want to spend the money to go (probably on a different flight and getting my own transportation) and then sit in a hotel room by myself all day, but I want to go. Also, for some reason he doesn't want me to go (and I can't be positive but I don't think he's cheating on me, he never has - after 7 years of marriage I haven't had any evidence of it). I don't want him to feel like I'm a tag-a-long, but the more he doesn't want me to go, the more determined I am to go.

Any opinions on this matter? Am I over reacting?

when he messages,calls or chat with me i got over excited. i just couldnt stop smiling.. he knows that i like him.. he said i'll always be in his heart, when he's feeling down, he said he's lucky to have me... but he never said that he likes me or 'i love you'. what does it mean?? i dont understand. i cant ask him or i just might lose him.. i'd rather have him as a friend than ask whether he likes me or not and lose him.. im more than 100% sure that im in love with him..

Here's the basic plot:

I like this girl a lot and we spend quite some time together. She sure knows I like her but may not be so certain about it although I think everything I ever did for or to her had got "I like you" written all over them. In the look of her eyes, touch of her hand and the way she handles herself in my presence suggest that she does have some feelings for me. All my gestures were responded to positively. Along came Valentine's day I asked her out to a theatre. Not wanting to pressure her, I left out the fact that I've already got the tickets. I even refrained from using the word "Valentine's". I only asked her if she wanted to go out on "a Wednesday" evening. She said no giving no reason but that Wednesday isn't good for her. She's been distant ever since.

She seems like she's got something to say about it the last time we talked although she seemed very reluctant.

Any thoughts? I'm willing to settle for being friends with her...if that's even possible now.

When a couple dates prior to marriage, they can't stay away from each other, they want to be together, talk, listen to each other but after a few years of marriage it seems one or the other turns off. Keeping the romance alive is important so why don't couples work harder at it? I'm older but I still believe in romance. Any suggestions as to what happens or how it can be revived?

My wedding is going to be in the spring time.. And my favorite color is pink..so pink will be the main color and I also like the color purple and love pink and purple together. Only thing is I don’t know if the colors should be pink/white or pink/purple/white. My bridesmaid would be wearing a pink dress with a purple sash type accent and they’d be holding purple flowers and I’d be holding pink flowers. And if purple wasn’t in the scheme the brides maids wouldn’t have purple and they’d be holding white flowers and me still pink. The only problem is I’m worried the purple would take away from the pink and if the purple isn’t in there I’m worried the pink/white would look boring lol. I know it’s a lot to read and may be confusing and I’m sorry if it is lol. Thanks.

Also the purple/pink will both be a light tone such as lavender and lt pink incase you thought they'd clash. Any opinions/ideas would help. Thanks again.

My fiance and I are having my sisters and his sisters children in our wedding (2 flower girls and 2 ring bearers). We are thinking of inviting all of the children from our families to the reception, but are concerned with the cost at the country club. Do places of this sort typically charge the same per head for children or is there a seperate price for the kids?

Also, any ideas on how to keep the kids entertained? I'm sure they will love the dancing. But to keep them otherwise occupied we were going to put goody bags together with coloring books, etc. Any other ideas?
