First of all the best way of course is to have your mom draw up a will and request that you receive custody. Also, you didn't state how old you are but being over 21 helps immensely. If it's in the will then there wouldn't be any court costs. You can call the courts and ask questions. There is very often a very helpful clerk that has a few minutes
and is happy to divulge what ever information they might have!

in the adventure that your father and mom have a will leaving custody of the babies to you, then in the event that they die jointly as the babies are nevertheless minors they'll bypass into your custody immediately, and not utilising a needed homestudy. CPS would only get entangled if there became into no will and somebody else became into scuffling with you for custody. in the adventure that your father and mom (mom and stepfather) have labored, they have earned social protection which might pay survivors advantages on your siblings in the form the father and mom died. that should help you supply with them, yet would in all probability no longer be thoroughly adequate. And particular, in the event that they are on your custody then CPS would anticipate so which you would be able to offer for them (of direction). it does no longer count, nevertheless, if it have been you or your husband working as long as they are being cared for! to respond to your question, nevertheless, if CPS have been doing a homestudy they might could make advantageous that the home is sturdy (which contain your marriage), risk-free, and sparkling. i know that a homestudy to undertake and/or foster incorporates the prefer for babies of diverse sexes to have seperate rooms at those a while, and each and each infant in the domicile could have their own mattress and fabric cabinet. they might prefer to verify which you promises for the babies financially, to boot as supply for their well-being care and training.
