I am a very frustrated divorced wife. I did everything right in court and followed the laws while my X continues to walk all over the "system" I have quickly learned that it is far to easy to get away with things and he takes full advantage. What is a court order for if you continue to blantantly ignore it. I have had it. Part of me wishes to rise above it but I really feel like he needs to take responsibility for his actions. He gets every priviledge of his son with no consequence, I continue to suffer with the hardship of financial straint. Doesn't he understand that by hurting me financialy it is also hurting his own son! Please help me prepare for battle in the legal system where I have seen no action in my case. PS No money for Lawyer. I did the trial etc.. all by myself.

I want to see answers on this and input... What is your answer and why do you feel that one is easier then the other? I personally feel that divorce is getting and is way to easy of an option now.... Ok... My ex is pregnant and it could be my child. I am planning on it is. She moved 800 miles out of state and living with a new boyfriend. I just got hired permantly after being a contract worker. I was going to move to Florida with my mom and sister. But now since I might have a child, I am debating it. If I move I will be farther away from her. She is due May 25th and I am going to get a paternity test done ASAP, when the baby is born. I need help deciding what I should do??? Should I move as planned?? Should I stay here(NY)? She did sleep with someone else around the same time. She says I am the father (100%)... I even thought of fighting for custody...She is a unstable person. She doesn't have nothing and only relays on guys for help. She bounces from guy to guy to survive. She has no job, car and nothing going for her. I was told it would cost me tens of thousands to fight for custody. I am so confused!!! please help!! thanks!

I met a man about 2yrs ago at an out of town event and we hit it off instantly. we live a ways apart so the relationship consisted mainly of 8hrs a day spent instant messaging, phone calls during our drive home (we work the same hrs), and weekly meets in hotels in between our states.

a year agoI found a job in his hometown and had plans to move when i found out he not only had a child, but he was living with his girlfriend. I ended the relationship immediately, and ended up telling her about the plans he had been making with me.
Recently he has contacted me again, telling me it was me that he loved, that the past few months without me have been torture, that he cant live without me, that the only reason he is with her is for the sake of the child, and if i will move to his town, he will leave her &marry me. But now this guilt has come over me and i feel as though i owe it to his girlfriend whom he has a 10 year old child with, to tell her the truth what a scumbag he is...what 2 do
