There's no magic words that makes a girl do whatever you ask. You just gotta be yourself, and say, "Jill, wanna go to the mall and hang out Saturday?"
Unless her name is Mandy, of course. Then you'd be in a world of hurt, especially if Jill hears you.
Seriously - don't try to be ultra cool, or the most ghetto guy in school. Just be friendly, maybe a little funny, and ask. What's the worst that can happen? She says no, and you're stuck going to the mall by yourself? Go for it!

Don't move so fast man, that's just plain stupid. If you haven't seen her since elementary school you should get to know her again. You haven't seen her in several years (guessing this, since you're intelligent enough to be on the computer and actually ask questions in an intelligent way). Then you should get to know her again before you ask her out.
