I have given him a year to do the things I have asked and he still has not changed. He doesn't make any money and this is his 3rd marraige. I think he wasnt a mother instead of a wife.

I know a woman who is still married to her husband that cheated a year ago, and she has since become very uncaring towards others. She is much more selfish. Is this a side effect of living through that, or does she have other issues?

I have been with him for 3 years. We live together, and I just turned 18. He is 23. I cannot picture my life without him, but then I cannot picture a happy satisfying future with him either. Part of me wants to stay with him, but the other part is telling me I need to get out. He has cheated before, and I forgave him. I even trust him to the fullest extent. He has proven himself, but now I am finding myself doubting our happiness together. It makes me cry just thinking about leaving him, but I know we do not have a healthy relationship. Deep down I feel if I am commited to moving on, then why cant I commit to fully love him like I have had before. I want him to be happy and he says he is happy with me. We have talked about this before, but he always talks me into staying. Communication is terrible but I have told him how I felt. I want to be happy with him, but for some reason I just cant allow myself to.

I split up with my ex just before the new year. I was fed up of him putting me second best, always out with his friends, never calling and it seeming like a 'chore' to see me. It was hard, as we planned to get engaged this month and to try for a baby at the end of the year, i really thought he was the one...and upto until a couple of months at the end of the relationship, it was perfect. However, ever since his best friend become single, he had changed. I really thought he was the one, but had to pluck up the courage to end it. Ever since, he has been contacting me here and there saying how bad he is etc. Then yesterday he were saying how hes not the same without me and wants me back. So, today, i phoned him and said, we should talk in person. So he agreed, we are meeting next wednesday. I'm not sure where to go from here, what to expect...or what to say? What would you do in my situation? I don't want to get back into things if he hasn't changed.

My father was a cold, demanding, sometimes abusive man. When I was 8, he drove off (with my sister in the car) and left me in a parking lot for ten minutes because I was having a temper tantrum. When he died, my life improved so drastically, but my sister doesn't remember any of the bad parts. She is always talking about how wonderful our father was and how much she misses him. Now she wants us to travel oversees to visit his grave and I don't want anything to do with him. I've forgiven him for what he was, but I can't love him. How do I make my sister understand that I don't love him, without losing her?

Ok I was talking with a girl last night. She has been my friend since forever not gf. The other night I was walking home from work (I always do), I work in the downtown near a university and on my way home two different groups of women avoided me as much as to walk to the other side of a three lane street then back again as soon as they passed me in both cases although I passed both of them separately two blocks from each other. I don't believe that I look that scary and I was wearing good slacks, black boots, a nice shirt, a blue nike hat and some headphones for my mp3. I was watching my feet because it was cold and I was using my shirt to protect my face against the cold. I am 6 ft and rather strongly built which is why they would be afraid. I thought that girls should be able to defend themselves and she says that they shouldn't have to worry about rape. Secondly, I don't ike being treated like a monster because I am built bigger. It is not my fault that I am bigger. Who is righter?

Ok so here it is..i asked a question earlier to get some insight about the whole friends with benefits deal. I've been kicking it with this guy for about a year. i want to take my girlfriend out on a date next weekend.

How do you tell the person you love, that you are not in love with them?

story: i ask guy to hang, he says i practically have a girl friend but yea call me sometime, i say okay i understand its cool (i thought it was a rejection/feeling bad for me)..he ignored me for two weeks straight..but now when i believe i am over him, he keeps looking at me in the halls, i keep seeing him more and more like the runins increase everyday, he notices when i smile or move around the room, he is starting to talk more (not to me, but just in general), and even if i dont look at him, he will be watching me...
i deleted his number a while back, but he hasnt called me or nothing so thats good.
