Guys just seem so into look, sex and all the things that shouldn't really matter. guys do you really like us for who we are or are we just another notch in the bed post??????

Sometimes I wonder if it depends on the 'stage' in a guys life...if they are ready to settle down, they are, and when the right girl comes along...
Surely it must also have something to do with their upbringing? Or their charisma, if they realize they are really popular, why not play it for all its worth???
A guy not having many chances or experiences might be more apt to take things seriously, just because he won't know when the chance might come along again...gee, sorry for babbling along with all kinds of ideas...I just think it is a good question, yet it has so many answers...

Okay, I am 32--and what my father told be has rung completely true in my life. He said, "A guy under the age of 30 is incapable of loving you in the way you want and need". Yes, they are into sex. That doesn't mean they are all bastards and you can't find a sweet guy out there who's not yet 30. All I am saying is wait a while until you can find a truly mature guy, one who has worked on himself, made mistakes in his life, learned from them, has had relationships with women that have both worked and failed. Then he will have the skills to treat you in the way you need and deserve. And of course, not all guys who are 30 are mature and good and loyal.
My point...don't delve into cynicism yet. Just work on yourself to be the best kind of young woman you can, and spend time with nice guys--ones who aren't "challenges". You may be pleasantly surprised. Good luck.

We arent all that superficial and shallow, I personally am attracted to people who have some substance, my girlfriend for example is an amazing artist and and writer, both of which are things that make me love her, and I couldnt be with someone who was just a face or a pair of boobs. But looks are important to all of us, not the most important, but if we are all honest, you do have to be attracted to someone to make it work.

Looks and sex don't matter to women? hahahaha.
Sounds like you don't like men for who they are and want them to be women. Try to learn about compromise--both parnters need to do it sometimes for a relationship to work. If you expect the world to revolve around you and your interests only, you are in for a rough road ahead.

I like girls for who they really are and what their personality is like. I'm not going to lie to you, looks have a lot to do with it to. I hang out with girls and find out what their like before I date them. There are guys out there who do date girls for nothing but what they look like and for the sex but those guys will never find a nice girl who has a nice personality and is fun to just hang out with.

depends on the guy. many guys are superficial but not all. some guys appreciate an intelligent, good morals, family oriented, do anythin for my man women.
