My fiance and I have always had a stable relationship except for one issue...I don't have any close friends. He has a few who he meets up with for fishing and hunting trips, but I'm a loner and prefer to stay home. We've been together 4+ years, and I've always been this way, yet he will not let it go. Now he's saying that he's going to introduce me to girls that he thinks I'd like to go hang out with, and he's offered to watch the kids while I go.

I'm too tired after work and raising an infant and an older son who sometimes gets into quite a bit of trouble. I can barely hold a phone conversation with my own sister once a week. Not to mention I work with my mother, so I crave alone time when I have it. He gets irritated because instead of trying to make friends, I like to do solitary activities, usually meaning I'm reading, on the computer doing research, or I'm playing my Gameboy. I don't hang around him all the time, I just like my alone time when I get it. Is he right?

Neither of like cake so we dont see the point in having a cake at the wedding. It's OUR wedding, right? Any suggestions for another dessert we could have? And please don't say cupcakes....they're just mini cakes!!

my friend had an abortion a few months ago. her and her boyfriend are mutual friends with both my husband and i. well, her boyfriend told my husband, but not me about it. my husband ended up telling me and i think another friend about it. it got back to her that everyone was finding out. now she's asking me if my husband told our other friend and i. i don't want to get in the middle of anything and i don't want anyone mad at each other. i don't want tell on my husband and i don't want anyone getting mad at me about this whole thing. how can i talk to her about this touchy subject? any advice is appreciated!

My wife and I were totally in love and for the past 6 months, she’s separated from me for a month, come back, demanded everything, has told me often our marriage is awful, then is very sweet to me for some time, goes back to saying our marriage is doomed, works later during the day sometimes, when I came back from a business trip decided to put some wash in (only the bed sheets) when I got home all the while telling me that I said I didn’t miss her, says she still loves me but is indifferent about the marriage, says if I don’t have a kid with her like I promised then she’s wasting her life, doesn’t want to spend any time with me when I ask her to, says she feels trapped, and is depressed a lot. I think I know what’s going on but I’ll leave it to the women here to tell me what you think is going on?

Okay the thing is....

Im turning 15 on the 11th. Ive been with my boyfriend Keith for almost 6 months. It will be 6 months on the 9th. He doesnt go to my school and I only get to his him for a couple of hours a week. I love him to death but the thing is I made freinds with a guy at my school named Anthony. He is so sweet and so smart. I.... like.... him. I really do an I feel really bad about it. I really love Keith but I really like Anthony. None of my friends know. They think we are just friends.

Tell me is it really bad for me to have a little crush on Anthony? Is it normal. Keith is my first real relationship. Im really scared. Please help me.

I'm 20, she's 19, and we both live with our parents. We've been talking on the phone for about a month now, but we only went out once (our schedules haven't crossed lately). She's been caring for her son around the clock all week because he had a bad fever and has been sick. After school today (around noon? or 1?), I was going to offer to bring her lunch, and maybe hang out with her at her house for a while. I'm NOT looking to get into bed with her (yet), but I'd still feel wierd kind of inviting myself over like that.

I don't think her parents will be home that's why.
Is it too soon to do this?

I've never had a relationship before so I don't quite know this kind of stuff.

Okay, problemo! if you feel an attraction to somebody because of their physical appeal, it is just an emotion, no problem it may be a bit hard but in time the emotion goes away, so you decide not to deal with it and forgot about it, but then you get to know the person you really like them and the emotion comes back and that is all you can think about , how to get rid of it? and it can't be called love, it just an emotion, right?

My husband wanted children more than I wanted children. We tried but have had 4 miscarriages and now I am too old to keep trying. We're signed up for adoption but it may take many years if it happens at all. I also don't think that I want to be a parent to a newborn in my 40's. It's looking like we wont' have children at all. I'm fine with this mostly, but my husband is quite upset. He says he loves me but he feels this void in his heart. He's going for counselling and joining Big Brothers. He says he wants to stay with me, but do you think he could change his mind in the future? Should I just wait and see if he will change his mind?

right, okay, well, i am hanging out with my ex bf. And thats great! We started hanging out 3 weeks ago, and then i told him i still liked him and he said he liked me back, but he had a gf, but they broke up know... and now i dont know what to do?? This is my first relationship with a kid involved. He's daughter's 10 and comes over on weekends. We have hung out and get along well. I'm clever,nice and kind guy,I study dentistry and doing well in my studies but I'm ugly and I hate myself for that and what's worse is my problem is only getting deeper,sometimes I can't look at myself in the mirror.
I tried so hard to love myself but I can't,whenever I go out my problem begin,in college,mall....everywhere.
people just talk about me or ignore me like I don't exist when I'm talking to them.

My guy friend who I used to be romantically involved with, (not anymore, we decided to take it slow) doesnt show any effort.

whenever we see eachothers its b/c we run into eachother on campus, or b/c i go to his room. he doesnt call through out the day to say hello. he calls when ive asked him to take me places and hes ready, if he needs something, or because he hasnt seen me in a few days. besides that, thats the only time we see eachother or talk. it dint used to bother me b/c i hate being in my room alone. so id go see him or other friends. but since talkign about him to other friends, they brough to my attention that i do all the work.

i want to bring it up, but i feel like hell get mad. its like if somethigns not broken why fix it? our method works,but does he really care?

After my daughter was born i lived with my mom and dad because i had no money and i wasn't able to work because my pregnancy was a rough one i was high risk and had high blood pressure my parents helped me out and let me stay with them for a few months until i could get on my feet and move back to my place. My daughter is now a year old and i have been with my fiance for almost a year and i am moving in with him.When i told my mom and dad that i was moving they were supportive. But i feel bad for moving because they have helped me out. I repayed them for all the money they handed me and i have even helped out with their bills but i still feel bad for moving even though it's only 30 minutes away why do i feel bad about moving?

My husband wanted an open marriage and I resisted at first. He even said that I could be with other men if I wanted. At first I thought that what he was saying was that he didn't love me yet all his other behaviours pointed to a very loving husband and father. This became a huge issue between us and he left for 9 months over the fact that I wouldn't give in. As soon as I slept with another man he wanted to move back home and he did after almost another month. His only condition was that if I wanted him to stay that I would have to agree to an open marriage. I agreed and I guess you could call us swingers now. Our marriage is good, the honesty is back and the entire family feels right, we have 3 children. My problem is that now my sex drive is through the roof and his is going away ..... I'm 36 and he's 52. He assures me all the time that it's okay but I feel bad when I'm going out and having sex and he isn't. What can I do to help him with this?
