I flirt with him at his place of employment and the next time I see him, a bunch of his coworkers are around. He doesnt look up to greet me or say hello. He waits until he gets outside,makes no eye contact with me and says hello under his breath.

Girl, who cares if he's interested! You shouldn't be. I could understand if he was shy but if that was the case he would have at least said hi. Nope. Something's up and we don't even need to know what!
What you want is the kind of guy who, when you see him around his friends says, "that's her!". When that guy comes around don't ask him out, (but you wouldn't have to anyway).

i think he is interested, but i also think he is married man and that's why he doesn't want his co-worker to gossip around. It be best u should stop flirting with him, he is not worth it...
