The Watters website mentioned above does have some nice dresses, but search "lace" in the top to get a list of dresses that have the lace you are looking for.
These are the only dress I found that has layers & is lace - they are both by Alfred Angelo and similar:

Here are some other lace ones though:
Try this dress by Jessical McClintock - it is under $500.

or this one - it doesn't look white-white to me, but close, but it is very pretty

This one is specificly created with destination weddings in mind - but I can't tell if it has a train:

And this isn't lace, but the way it falls reminds me of waves, and would be beautiful at the beach.

train doesn't sweep sand - but very beach-y

Check out theknot.com. They have a great site, and a gallery of gowns from every designer under the sun. You might also want to look into having something custom made for you, but I'm pretty sure you can find something just from your description.
Check this website out as well..

My 10 3 hundred and sixty 5 days anniversary will be next July and that i'm planning to resume vows on the sea coast. i stay in FL . i'm wondering a quite blue with both dwindled yellow or cream, those hues are alluring subsidized adverse to the sea. Maby you could save your unique concept with the blue & brown, yet make it a mild or both chocolate and also you should upload little orange sprigs of colour into the boquet and decorations, yet dont bypass overboard. per chance you'll get some burnt sienna colored babysbreath to throw right into a boquet of lillies or somethings. in case you fairly go with the oranage. save in ideas through going with orange how your bridal party will seem. you dont go with a group of pumpkins status beside you on your album do you> lol. (that is more desirable seen a fall colour vs. summer season) i ought to signify going to a huge bridal save (davids, etc) and positioned the colors area through sise and perchance get advice from between the experts.

Try checking sites for Prom dresses. You can often find them relatively cheap and informal... and then you just order them in white... I found a really cute one with a "sweep train" which is just a little mini tail of the back..
Good Luck!

best thing to do is get with the girls and go look at some bridle stores, and get a general idea. Its really hard to see what it will look like on the computer and its less stressful to just go to the store and look what they have. Ask for options on how to get that dream dress. They might be able to do some sewing and magic for you.

Watters makes great informal dresses. Try Jenny Yoo. Try various bridesmaids dresses, you can get most of them in whites and creams and they are much more causal.

Try talking to a seamstress, sometimes they can make you something from scratch-custom!
