me and this guy dated for 2 yrs.it was problematic in the beginning but talking helped.we still argued sometimes,but rarely.we'd met eachother's parents/friends and were serious.then he mentioned marriage but i wasn't ready.i got a bit scared and dumped him over the phone/refused to see him for 5 months.our mutual friends told me that he was heartbroken.i didn't date anyone during this time bc my heart was set on him.we tried to make it work again,but i have a habit of dumping him everytime he psses me off.one day i dumped him and this time he refused to get back together.we both dated other people,and he started a relationship with a new girl.i realized what i'd lost and tried to get him back but he was intent on this new relationship.he continued to call/see me though,and would tell me that he still had feelings for me but wanted to make it work with that new girl.it confused/hurt me.then she dumped him and he came back to me.we never fight anymore and he's sweeter than ever. ADVICE?

I've always had a problem with intimacy, wether it be with friendships, people I don't like trying to have romantic relationships, even with relative relationships. I just feel like the whole intimacy thing can only exist between me and someone I'm inlove with, and anything outside of that is just.. well, it gives me a weird uncomfortable and awkward feeling.

For example, a friend I haven't talked to in awhile (and we're not even that close anymore) told me that she's "nothing without me", don't get me wrong, she's still a friend, but that creeped me out. The same things happened with me when people tried to have romantic relationships with me, and if I don't feel the same way or if I'm not attracted to them, I immediately get uncomfortable, embarassed and awkward, which will manifest into anger and shutting them out of my life completely. I get pretty apathetic when it comes to those things, but for those I don't want to hurt, what should I do? I can't help but feel gross.

There is a guy at my work that I would like to ask out but I am not sure how to go about it. We don't talk but say hi in passing. I really don't want to be unconvertable at work if he says no or already has a girlfriend. I have been divorced for 6 years and I am really nervous about this. I consider myself to come from a good, hard working family, however my family is experiencing a major crisis with my younger brother. My family never thought we'd ever go through this situation. My older sister is in Medical School my other sister and I are finishing college and the youngest my brother...we just found out he is doing drugs and is involved in a gang. I have been researching programs to help him..but I have heard of these so called "kidnap" programs mostly in Utah, where they come and take the individual while they are sleeping and they keep them for months until they are completely rehabilitated. I have heard only great things about them. However they are very expensive. If anyone has any information I would be very grateful for your interest in helping my family as this may be a life or death situation. Thank you for your time.

ok! so like many other girls, i miss my ex-bf as well, but at the sametime i want a boyfriend that is not him! Kind of weird but the reason is, that like when we broke up his like lets get back 2gether i love u bla bla bla ok so a few days pass, and i saw him at school holding this other girls hand?? why would he do that, just move on like that, the point is of course he gave me my first kiss that is one the reasons i cannot forget him, but i don't have strong feeling for him to get back,

Here's the quick version. My ex husband and I have a 16 month old son. My ex got remarried this past Saturday, the 20th. No big deal, right? Well--it was a very big deal because I didn't even know he was dating anyone until the Monday of the week they got married--he told me via email......anyway.....she wanted to meet me, so i did. I met her for lunch and she talked and talked and talked. She's 48, been divorced 4 years, is 6 years older than my ex husband and they decided to get married a week earlier. They have only dated since October (presumably they started dating RIGHT after my ex and I'd last attempted reconciliation).

Anyway--I don't know this woman and now he wants me to add her to the daycare pick up list. I have full custody and I don't agree. Am I being unreasonable in not putting her on the daycare list?

Memphis, Tenn. (WHBQ) -- She's been in Jerry and Louise Baker's care since she was three-weeks-old. Now at seven, the Tennessee Supreme Court has ruled Anna Mae He must go back to her biological parents.

"My lawyer Mr. Siegel told me the good news on the phone. I felt very happy, excited and grateful," said Jack He, Anna Mae's biological dad.

The He's and their other daughter, four-year-old Avita were all smiles Tuesday, despite spending the day at the hospital while six-year-old son Andy underwent surgery.
