any other form of communication. what is that saying? is that saying u can still email the person and all and thats not breaking any rule or is that saying u cant email and phone them.?

it means that you can't. It is saying that the restrictions are including those items, but aren't limited to just those ones so there may be other things that they didn't list...

It means that any type of communication is "included". The "not limited to" is put in there to avoid semantics over what type of communication is used. For example, on a restraining order, if it states you can "not contact the person by any means including but not limited to phone, email, pager, fax, or..." it simply means do not contact them at all or you will be in violation.

It means all of the forms of communication. It's listing the obvious one, but it's also an umbrella statement to cover the other ones. Like letter writing and lipstick messages on the mirrors.

You are referring to a restraining order, and it means that the person you have it against can NOT contact you through any of those channels, including a third person, otherwise they are in violation and can be arrested.

Sweetie it's called a restraining order...NO CONTACT. If you contact them in any manner...ANY MANNER, you're breaking the terms of the agreement. You are being RESTRAINED from contacting them AT ALL.
