I don't know how old your daughter is, or who this boyfriend is but I don't think that I would want my daughter involved with him. I am studing for my Masters in Psychology which is the only reason this sounded vaguely familiar.
It is slang for a person who defecates on someone before, during or after participating in sexual intercourse. I cannot believe I just typed that. I answered this because I am a parent also, and would want to know if my daughter was participating in something so demeaning and disgusting.
This could be just some revolting form of bragging on the part of the BF, but you definitely need to be talking to her, especially is she is underage. I wish you the best.

You need to have a serious conversation with your daughter and having a moment with her boyfriend probably wound't be out of the realm of possibility either, if I were you.
Either way it's....not good - from a parents perspective and from most others too.
