you shouldn't. the bible clearly states, "do not be unequally yoked." marriage is something where faith matters a lot. there is wisdom in that command. faith is the foundation of a person. it dictates how he thinks and acts. there is so much that both partners need to agree upon and if they have different beliefs, there will never be a true resolution.

if the husband is not a christian, how will that affect the wife who is under his leadership? the wife is commanded to submit to the husband. the husband is commanded to lead.

and i don't believe in missionary dating/marriage either. if God had clearly stated that you are to marry an unbeliever, the first thing you should do is to pray for that person to come into faith. do not go into a relationship with him even if he has started to show interest. it will only distract him from growing in his faith. continue to pray about him until God again gives you the go signal.

It depends how important to you is to get married with a christian man or viceversa. I know a lot of married couples that are not the same religion and are very happy together. It all depends in how much you love and respect each other. There has to be compromises along the way, and hopefully they will be the right ones

A part of being a christian is spreading the Gospel and bringing more souls to Christ through action, words and prayer! Life is a challenge and you are supposed to pray your wife through it, so you lead by example. If he sees your actions of Christianity, then maybe he will be inspired. When you say he is not a Christian does he not believe in "God" the father? Because that is two different things but not hard to work with either, just takes a little bit more work. Continue to pray and don't give up, this just may be your test that you are destined to go through.

No. Besides the Bible saying it's wrong, you will run into many problems in the future.
What will you do when you have kids? How will they be raised, and how will you explain to them which belief is right?
If God is important to you, I don't know how you could choose to spend the rest of your life with someone who doesn't believe in Him.
If you're a Christian in name only but don't attend church or engage in Christian practices then it's different, but I still wouldn't advise it.
