a so-called friend of mine was out to dinner with my mother and her friend donna, who happens to be my friends aunt. my mother is barely a year out of 2 re-hab's for prescription drugs and my friend go's and smokes 2 joints in my mother's presence not to mention one time was in the car with my mother. now my mother is doing great. just got her RN's license back and is back on track, but now my ex-friend is talking all kinds of crap on me saying i am ridiculous and totally over-reacting over this situation because i went off on her. wtf? don't i have the right to be completely out-raged ?

To start I have know this person for a long time. To be honest he has gone to drug rehab, however he is totally clean now. He does not drink and he lives alone in a single apartment. He is everything you want in a friend; he talks to you when your sick, he defends you when your being insulted, he cares for your well-being and he understands so much about life due to his past experiences. The only problem is this... Last weekend I had stayed the night at his house because the next day we were going to a university to tour it. It went well until a friend needed some help; he went to help but came home very late. So he overslept and when I asked him he said we will go next week but I had to tell my dad that we had went because i had made money just for this trip. In short my parents found out and told me that I can never see him again and that if I do talk to him they will disown me and not help me out with college and I will be kicked out. Should I stick with my bestfriend?

Hello, world. I am sure that we have all been in a situation simillar to this.
And that is being indirectly attracted to a person when you first see them.
You fight the thought of it for a long time. You avoid talking to them. You
hate the words that come out of there mouths, but yet you listen. Then the
ice breaks. You start staring at that man or woman. And you see how
beautiful they are. Your eyes accidently meet. You look away. You then
begin to talk, barely. Then you talk daily, and converstions become deep.
Then you can't stop talking to that sould, when you realize, that you have so
much in common, it is scary. Then you know right then and there, that you
desire this being so much, you would do absolutely anything for them. But
without letting the world know. Sometimes you smile, and their words are
the only words, that you wanna hear. Cause when they talk, you listen.
And when you are next to them, there is a compassionate feeling. Best

My boyfriend of the past 18 months has a friend from liverpool who he chats to on line occassionally, I've met her once and her husband, she seems nice enough and did chat to her too every now and then. At the weekend she got drunk one night and chatted to my bloke on line then told him she fancied him! and has done for some time. My bloke was really embarrased said he was flattered but that he loved me and always will. He told me what happened and I went mad, not at him! but at his so called friend, I sent her an email asking what she was playing at. My bloke now says he wont speak to her anymore.

Did I over react?

My Senior research paper involves whether its right or wrong to spank your kids? I would spank my kids(if I had any) only because my mother and father spanked me and I know that I was a handful growing up. Now I am responsible enough to make my own desicions and my mother and father trust me. I hope yall can give me an open minded response. Thanks

The girl that says she is carrying my baby plans to take me to court if I stay with the girl I love. What are my rights? Can she do this? Don't I have the right to be with who I want to be with?

I have told this girl that if the baby is mine (and I want proof) that I will support it. I also asked for visitation rights and she said that is totally out of the question.
How do I proceed with this?

If this is my child I want to be part of his or her life. I feel I have that right.

I am 24 yrs old, married and just found out I am pregant. I was unfaithful about a month ago. I am terribly ashamed of this!! I don't know what to tell my husband. He loves kids and I know he will be a wonderful father. I love him dearly and deeply regret what I have done. Should I tell him about the affair or just keep my mouth shut. I don't want to loose him and I sure will not ever do this again. Please help.

for a man, if you orgasm quicker with one women, and another women, it takes longer(much longer). Should it mean something? mentally or emotionally? the quick one is usually okay, but with the other woman, the long ones are mind-blowing.

I'm kinda enduring an awkward situation at work. One of my closest guy friends works at the same place as I do and I began to develop feelings for him though he has a gf. I told him I liked him and I felt it was best that we ignore each other for awhile so I can get over him. Anyway he asked me if I wanted to hook up with him, i said i did, but then he said i should do it with another guy I like. Anyway during all of this, I got mad at him for jerking my feelings around and I ended up calling him a dog, but then I apologized. The thing is I said all of this via text. The next day I wrote him a letter saying how sorry I was for how I acted, and that it was better that we treat each other as professionals since he has a gf and I need to move on. The thing is that he ignored me. So far, we've been ignoring each other for the past 3 weeks and now it is awkward and i miss talking to him sometimes. Whenever we pass each other it is awkward. What should I do?

My fiance and I dated for 4 years and were engaged for 2 of them. We had a great relationship throughout, with some tensions due to his overbearing mother who he cant say no to. We moved into apt last Jan and 3 months b4 the wedding he suddenly called it off saying he 'wasn't ready' and he was confused (we were bickering for the past 3 months). He moved out and back home. B/c of my begging and promises to change he kept coming and leaving again 4 times over the space of a month, until finally I moved out of our apt and back home at my mothers. I packed my bags and moved to another country to get over the devastation of a cancelled engagement and heartbreak, and within the last month have just started to heal. He says he is sorry and that he is made a huge mistake but it is very hard to have romantic feelings for him now after what he did to me. Am i being petty and holding a grudge? Should I just chalk it up to tempoary insanity on his part, focus on the good times and take him back?

Can someone please help me help a friend? My co-worker/friend is having some real serious issues going on right now that I am having a hard time helping her with. What's happening is the guy she has been seeing on and off for some years married someone else even though he has never stopped seeing/communicating with her. I know she is distraught because she has done so much for this guy. Even waited on him for 8 years while he was incarcerated. In my opinion she has never been #1 in his life even though she acts like they just have this inseparable relationship. She always said things to his past girlfriends like he's not going anywhere and she's not either, etc. (almost with an arrogant tone). when I try to tell her he's just using her and if he loved her he wouldn't have never married another woman. Especially one that he hasn't known as long as he has had history with her. Maybe if she saw other responses, she wouldn't just think I was hating on her.

This happened at her dad's house @ 1130 at night. His 21 yr old nephew came and picked her up and dropped her off with a group of friends @ a store parking lot. They then walked to one of the boys' house where my daughter tells me there was a dad there and all they did was 'watch TV.' I tracked her down the next day @ a girlfriend's house and picked her up--much to her dismay. She said she was planning to hang out with her friend, stay the next night with her and go to school in the morning--no biggie. Although she says the words "I know what I did was wrong", she doesn't appear remorseful. She has had episodes of alcohol consumption while in her dad's care (don't worry--I'm not going to let her stay over at his place anymore!) and I think she has tried out pot and pills. This is a beautiful girl who has the potential to accomplish so much. How do I impress on her that she is on a steep slope to destruction? Whatever her punishment is mine as well as I am the sole enforcer.
