Have them walk with their spouses. Remind the parents of the bride to sit in the front row, right side and the parents of the groom to sit in the front row, left side.
My hubby and I had a small destination wedding and the onsite wedding coordinator directed the guests to their seats.

Depending on the formality of your wedding, I'd say skip it. If you want to, you can have the parents walk in last and then seat themselves.
We're having less than 25 people at our formal wedding, bridal party included, and that's the route we decided to go.

You could have them escorted down the aisle by the fathers of the bride & groom. Or have the best man escort them together. Or they could walk down by themselves.

Have the father of the groom escort the MOG, then have either the best man or an assigned man (your brother, BIL) escort your mom.

Have them walk with each other. Then they can share a little moment and have a hug when they reach the front pew or wherever they are sitting. :)
