Ok so there is this totally hot girl that i really want to get to know. She works where I work but only she works during the week - monday thru friday. I work only on weekends. I hardly get a chance to see her and when I do its kind of awkward and everything...it really sucks because she is such a sweet girl and very pretty. Not sure what to say to her. Everytime i try to talk with her its like we run out of things to say and just kind of go our own ways. I find it very hard to get to know her when i hardly see her. I think she likes me too. I guess my main question is, is it so terrible if a guy is a little shy? I mean are girls willing to work with that sort of thing? In time I'll warm up and everything but its pretty hard because I never see her. Suggestions?

I am determined to get this guy. Even though, we never actually talked. But I've sent him notes and stuff. I bet he thinks I am a weirdo or a stalker. I want to send him a note everyday, just to show him that I care about him. But without him thinking I am like super desperate for him. Should I do it?I should I stop and see what happens because I am pretty sure he has a tingly feeling for me,too. Well, my gf and I have been going out for about 2 and a half months and in the beginning our phone conversations ranged from 45mins-2hrs and now they average at about 10 mins and she never seems interested. im being put in the middle of my brother baby momma drama and i dont know what to do. my brother is 20 and im 15. my brother got 2 girls pregnant he dont go with one no more and 1 girl had a baby last year in 2006 and the other girl is havin her baby in april and i just seen my nephew for the 1st time last nite (i only seen 2 pics of him) and now i feel like just because my brother is havin problems with his 2 baby mommas im been put in the middle of it. my mom is mad at me and both of my brother baby momma's is mad at me now. i dont know what to do.....i tired of my brother not growin up and bein a man. he wont handle his biz....i dont know what to do. i put my nephew pictures on myspace and i got in trouble for doing it. any advice....please

In the dating scene, when a girl you really like picks another guy over you and let it go like it isnt a big deal. I dont know if im just mentally fragile or what, but when that happens to me im crushed. This is even with a girl that i've gone on one date with and when i get tossed to the side I get hurt.

Where have all the good men gone? Okay, I just put myself out there and asked this guy that im interested in on a date (yes men, we can do that). I have a 20 yr old "bonus" child. I've raised her since she was five. We had a decent relationship, things were going really well and all of a sudden she sends an email spewing all sorts of hatred, that she doesn't believe in God (we are a very Christian family), that she was abused (which never happened), and she is trying to pit my husband and I against each other. I have done nothing but love this child as if she were my own since I got her, we've always had a good relationship and this came out of the blue. I love her dearly, but she has 4 younger brothers she is trying to negatively influence, even going as far as telling our 15 yr old to emancipate himself from us. This all happened this past weekend, prior to this she was our pride and joy. Now we aren't sure what to think or what to do. We try to talk to her, she screams profanity in the phone and won't listen. Her allegations are made up. What could this be and how do I handle it?

My ex and I had filed for a divorce back in June but it recently got dismissed because we didn't submit our paperwork. We have talked almost the whole time about wanting to make our marriage work. We have a toddler and I would love to raise him together. Here is the problem.... He said that for us to be together I would have to swallow. This is something I hate doing, and he knows this. I started talking to a girl last spring. We met through a friend but with school and work we have not gotten a chance to actually meet face to face yet. The thing is we have become very close while talking online and over the phone. We both seem to have feelings for each other and have said "I love you" back and forth a few times.

So with that I would like to do something nice for her for Valentine's Day. I thought sending flowers would let her know how much I care about her. The thing is I'm not sure if red roses are best considering how those are supposed to be a symbol for love and even though I do feel like I love her I don't want to scare her away.
