Ok so there is this totally hot girl that i really want to get to know. She works where I work but only she works during the week - monday thru friday. I work only on weekends. I hardly get a chance to see her and when I do its kind of awkward and everything...it really sucks because she is such a sweet girl and very pretty. Not sure what to say to her. Everytime i try to talk with her its like we run out of things to say and just kind of go our own ways. I find it very hard to get to know her when i hardly see her. I think she likes me too. I guess my main question is, is it so terrible if a guy is a little shy? I mean are girls willing to work with that sort of thing? In time I'll warm up and everything but its pretty hard because I never see her. Suggestions?

awwwww-well, if you see her, just go ahead and ask her if she'd like to go out sometime-make it sound casual. If you don't, she might lose interest and go for another guy. Take a chance, ya never know!

Then ask her out, because it sounds like she isn't going to ask you out.
It's not the end of the world... actually don't even ask her out, just ask her to go too coffee, or a smoothie one day, something simple, not as a date just as friends, when your confidence grows and you guys are chatting it up then ask her out to dinner or something.
The only incentive I can give you is that if you don't ask her out someone else will.

next time you meet her just ask for her email or something. if you dont know what to say to her face to face, maybe email is a better method (for now).
