Well, my gf and I have been going out for about 2 and a half months and in the beginning our phone conversations ranged from 45mins-2hrs and now they average at about 10 mins and she never seems interested. When we are together we always have a lot of fun and are really close but on the phone she seems like a whole different person... is this normal? am i worrying too much?

hmm.. i say that the time you spend together means a lot more.... because a lot of times on the phone you just do not have anything that interesting or new to say.. so you just don't know what to talk about... so therefore your conversations are shorter. (this is happening to me and my guy actually right now too... although it is the other way around kindof) but at the beginning your convos could be so much longer because you were getting to know more about eachother, and so now your range of topics has gone from more extensive answers to now just like talking about your day and stuff like that... so if nothing that interesting happened in your day there is not much you can think of new to say..... but in person when you two are together you have a lot of fun because you are actually Doing something.... so that is the difference. hope you know what i mean.. and i would really stop worrying, because i do not think there is anything to worry about! i hope everything works out for you!!! good luck! :)

If she is like this in person I would be concerned. If you see a difference between the two that she is more talkative when in person but not on the phone. Ask one question that you think up that will get your answer something like (if she has someone there? or Is she chatting with someone online at that specific moment? Is something bothering her?) Try to find the answer. Usually I go quiet if something is bothering me or I am looking or sounding out of it. I am usually preoccupied by it. I think there should be some questions asked of her and you may or may not like what you hear but it may bring you closer together or further apart. Sounds like you have some doubts or questions in your mind. Confronting this will answer this.

its perfectly normal. That happen with me and my boyfried. We used to talk all night. We've been toghther for 1 year and 3 months. If you guys see each other alot and you guys are having fun, there's no need to worry. You dont want to obssess over her or she'll get tired of you. Give her some space.

I would worry more about the time you guys actually spend together. But I do think it's strange that she doesnt talk as much as before.
