Ok first things first. No matter what you do the first time it hurts. The range of pain verys from girl to girl. Some girls find that it doesn't hurt much at all, other girls say its like getting a ketchup bottle shoved up your a$#.
You can definately ease things by first-lub..good one is KY jelly. You need only a little bit. 2. Tell him not to try to get it all in at once. Slow is the key here. 3. Most girls have also found different poistions help with pain.
Thats all I have to help you out. Don't worry your first time won't be "perfect". But, the more you become sexually active the less it will hurt and the more you will enjoy it.

The first couple of times always hurt. Don't focus on the sensation so much as how you feel about him and why you're doing it. My first time I nearly bit right through my boyfriends chest because it hurt so much but it was okay because I loved him and I knew it was what i wanted. If you love him that the pain won't matter it will just be about the emotion which is all that counts.

Get lots and LOTS of lube!!! Firstly your going to need him to be understanding. He NEEDS to be gentle and slow. If he's not, nothing will help you. Make sure you are really turned on and there's reasonable foreplay. Apply lubricant for him and you. Don't just do it for yourself because he'll need it as well. Since it's your first time, don't be stupid. Use a CONDOM! Lube it up and it will help. If it hurts too much don't be afraid to tell him to stop. You need to be incontrol of the situation. Remember that

10 inches huh? That's doubtful, but it won't hurt to much, those things stretch pretty well. Remember this- long and thin slide right in...... short and thick does the trick.

Lots of foreplay and have him go slow and gentle. Feel free to speak up if something is too much for you or you do or don't like something.

yeaa, you'll probly be in a little pain. just let him know that you're kinda nervous and ask him to go easy on you. if he cares about you, he'll listen. and whatever you do, DONT be on top the first time. you will be in so much pain it's ridiculous. just take it slow. you'll be fine. relax.
