Last Saturday, i was in a nightclub and my girlfriend cheated on me with someone i work with, understandably she was out of her face but still, i hit him and then hit him with a glass, which im not proud of at all but it shows how much i care for her

Anyway i dumped her there and then, but earlier on in the evening we were talking about going on holiday at the end of January to Gibralter and when i move away, her coming to see me 4 days a week! surprising! then she acts like that!

Over the last few days weve met up and just talked and on one of these occasions whilst she was hugging me she just burst into tears and said im soo sorry..that apparently she didnt want a relationship and was going to finish me soon after the incident but since then she went to hold my hand for about 5 seconds today then pulled away then linked arms with me for a bit, then when i said goodbye she hugged me and kissed me on the cheek

Questions are A) should i try and get back with her and b) does she

all the good ones seem to be taken or totally invisable and I can't find them. Why the heck can't a guy like me for me. I am nice, very generous, feist at times though haha, I love god, I love my family, really outgoing..... I am in shape and care about myself, not to mention I am pretty inside and out (not conceided just confident).... if I can see this why can't a guy see this is me. All I seem to be is a piece of meat and I am sick of it. I hate this.

Ok so it has been almost 1.5 years since his last DWI...two nights ago he got another one. My wife, always the hero and his older sister, is going to bail him out. I say let him rot. She drug him all over last time he did this--court dates, bank, work, etc. He, ironically, is still on probation from the last offense...
My wife says she has to spring him so he can get back to work and keep making money so that he will be able to hire a lawyer and pay all the fees etc. Makes sense....
I think, as previously stated, he should be left in jail. Why? Well he is still on probation so as soon as he is bailed out his probation officer will probably throw him right back in for violating...My 2nd point is that he is not going to learn (and grow up) if everyone always picks up the pieces for him (he is 30). Any advice would be appreciated. If you do not agree with me that is cool...if you don't agree with my wife that is cool....just a 3rd party view would be nice. Thanks!

I've been in Dover,DE for a few months and i need to meet new people. I have a few friends at my job but were still getting to know each other.BUT I need to find people like myself. I've been out to a few clubs when i get the chance but im not really meeting people men/women in the clubs who aren't really ready to be serious with me or just be a really good friend. And yes im bi-sexual. I don't live alone at the moment which is a bit hard for me to meet new people and she's not accepting of certain lifestyles including mine but she doesn't know it yet. My friends Brad and Paula have been divorced for the past two years. I have spent time with Brad recently and realized that I have feelings for him. I want to ask him out. I want to tell him exactly how I feel. He has even hinted at having a relationship.
The thing is I don't know how all of this is going to effect Paula. She and I have been friends since we were children. She says she has no more feelings for him and even has a new boyfriend. But part of me tends to believe that she will be VERY angry with me if I decide to start dating her ex.
Do I tell Paula that Brad and I have gotten close and are thinking about dating one another? Do I just go out with Brad and have a good time? Do I just put these feelings aside and find someone else?
I really really like Brad and I know that he has shown that he has feelings for me. I just don't want to hurt Paula.
I guess what I am trying to say is I want a relationship with Brad--but I don't want it to hurt my friendsip with Paula.

I am officially off the market yet when i am out with my single friends i am the only one that gets the offers to dance or get guys to buy me drinks i tell them politely that i am engaged and that i have single friends all around but they always seem to be only interested in me....It's obvious i'm engaged because i am wearing a ring. I have a very nice boyfriend, we get on well have good sex and have lots of activities in common. He is a little younger than I am and he might want to settle down & get married or even want kids some day. I want to travel and live all over the world. I am not sure that these two life-visions are compatible. He knows that I feel this way. I'm 31 he is 27.

Some people tell me to just enjoy the relationship as it is great right now, but I am worried that we are setting ourselves up for heartbreak in the future and it feels irresponsible not to worry about this.

I know it's sad, but i've found that this is sometimes the case with me. No matter how fun single life can be, it definitely get's lonely sometimes. It's nice having someone to go to the movies and out to dinner with...and not having to worry about finding a date to different parties, and other events. Have any of you ever held on to a relationship that you knew was going nowhere, and wasn't right for you, just so you didn't have to go back to being single?

Ive been dating this guy over a year and it seems to be going no where fast... We love each other I think..I mean we tell each other that all the time. We have never had a fight or anything, it has been a perfect relationship but, I want to get married and have a family one day not forever from now, ya know? My husband looks at other women, he gets kinda nervous, he is shy, Ive told him that it makes me feel bad, he says that he wont do it again, but I know he still does.
Im not sure if it is acceptable since there are always going to be very attractive women out there and looking at them may be just harmless.

Yes I am straight, I feel like I made a choice I like women and that's who I choose to chase and be with. I don't dig dudes so I don't chase them. (I.E. I choose not to date men)

Now since I'm not gay I go along with for them it's "Not a Choice" and (they are born that way) casue I don't know I'm not gay. So who am I to tell them.

What say you, fellow straights do you feel like you choose or you just can't help it your were born this way?

i just found out that my 9 yr old daughter has lice , she was at miL's house last week so i called to let her know.. she said to me yeah i know she has lice she has had it for 3 weeks !!! i was like what? she said well your daughter was "too embarrassed to tell you" so i (MiL) got the shampoo and tried to wash it out!! i said WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME? HOW CAN YOU PUT ALL OF US (HUBBY,ME & 4 YR OLD DAUGHTER) IN JEOPARDY OF GETTING THIS... she says to me " i checked the younger daughter and she didn't have it, & if you and hubby get lice , well thats part of being a parent , deal with it!! needless to say she was lucky i was on the phone , so i couldn't STAB her to death. after i tell her how irresponsible she is says to me " how am i irresponsible , i spent 50$ buying that special shampoo for YOUR DAUGHTER and then i spent 2 hours combing her hair , 2 weekends in a row" ..when i ask her why she didn't tell me so i could WASH everything and she says " should of , could of, would of"

My girlfriend and I were together for almost 5 years and not much changed. I worked and took care of all financial matters while she did a few house hold things and played video games the rest ofthe time. She broke up with me saying she needed to experience new things and enjoy being young. She also started working and college at the same time. Which I am proud of her for doing and respect her strength to decide such a difficult "change of life" leap. But now she says she has changed so much in the short time away and she is not the person I once loved so much and sees herself incompatible with the former life we had together. She says she worries about me and wants to maintain contact so that she knows I am OK and we can "be there" for each other. I she just saying this to tell me we are finished forever or she wants to be free from the bonds of our relationship and still have the option of me when she needs me?
