I've been dating my girlfriend for almost 3yrs. The sex is great but now we dont see each other as much. Maybe 2-3x's a month. Once we see each other I want to surprize her with something new! Any tip anyone could throw my way to kind of surprize her?

My mom died about a year ago. She was not the kind of person that I went to for advice alot because she was kind of condescending. Now that she is gone, whenever I have a problem I don't miss her alot because I never went to her in the first place. I finally have a good friend that I talk about everything with now. How do people that feel they have no one to talk to cope with life? Do alot of you people feel this way? I am not sad with my life, I just think that you should be able to talk with people about things going on in their lives, like a sounding board. I'm wondering if most people have had sounding boards and friends to cut loose with most of their lives and I am just now understanding this part of life? I am going on 40.

(we were never married) He went into jail, only been with my daughter 9 mths of her life. i let my daughter see his parents time to time. fast forward now, my daughter is 6yrs old, I am married to a great man we have another child, well I just found out my daughter's father will be out in 3mths, so i need help on some info, he is not on her birth certificate so i want my husband to adopted my daughter so he has all the legal rights, can i do this without my kids father getting involved and what else can i do to make sure that he does not have no rights in her life please someone help me out with some information ( i live in ill so i know that every state has different rules). thank you

I'm recently in the middle of a divorce. I have two children one 11 and 22 months old girls. They meen the world to me. I am going through a nasty divorce, My husband is emotionally abusing my 11 yr old. He has visitation rights and sees them every other weekend. I dread when he takes them, because when they come back my 11 yr old is very stressed out from all his sick comment and questions to her. He talks to her likes shes an adult. I dont even think he cares for either one of them, just takes them to go through my daughter to get to me. He has a 19 yr old girlfriend and he his forty. He be littles my daughter in front of his girlfriend, what can I do about this.. My lawyer has done nothing, he doesnt he pay child support, but hes buying his girlfriend 600 dollar coach bags and diamond earings. Please help, hes not a father in my eyes, he couldnt be a husband he treated me the same as he is treating my daughter.

I have a sister in law who has major problems. She has been involved with drugs, is a pathalogical liar, would call people in the family to ask for help and then had an excuse for not taking it. This summer she faked a suicide attempt, then wouldn't stay in treatment, and has been at my Mother in law's house ever since. She doesn't get out of bed and my MIL takes care of her in every way. In addition to working a full-time job, she goes home to cook for her, and pays her credit card bills! SIL is 35 years old and refuses to leave the house, unless it is for a weekend trip to see her old boyfriend, or a day of shopping. But she can't go do anything to help herself because she is afraid of the boogey man. I am of the opinion that she is faking it because she doesn't want to deal with life, but in any case, I don't feel comfortable having her around my 7 year old, and really don't want her around the baby that is due in June. Can I be ugly and refuse for her to see my baby?

i have been with my man for 5yrs and we have been living together for 6 months. for the past 2 weeks, we have been fighting and he wants me to move out. he says that he is not happy with me and my army(which is my 3 kids) he says he wants to be single. i have decided i am not moving now because both of our names on the lease. the thing is he won't talk to me and he won't move out. last month he proposed to me and we just moved in with each other and now for no reason he don't wanna be with me. i have 3 kids that live with us also and i want to continue living in the apartment, until i can save more money to move. what can i do to forgot this jerk, he is breaking my heart.

so the ex and I wernt talking and I follow my heart i send her a txt message she calls me a few nights later... I told her I wrote her a letter and sent it via facebook message with my realest feelings! So she said "I will read it and call u back"


Its been about a day and no call back...


Should I persue this any further, should i send her a text or try calling her in a week if she doesnt make contact... Or should I take this as a sign and tell me self she knows my feelings if she wnts to come around shell come around if not ... its over...


(I can see she has a new college life and even a new guy shes diggin, but i did this out of love...)

My fiance and I have been together for 5 years. He's currently off at school, we have a long distance thing going. we see each other all the time and talk to each other and on we talk online. He came home for xmas and i was going through his things.. I probably shudnt of but anyways i found a pack of condoms in this school bag and they were empty. We dont use condoms . I think is messing around. Then he left his messenger signed in and i see and open window.. it was girl that i knew . I was in so much tears after finding all of this out. I still havent confronted him as yet, cuz i want to go about it the right way. I went to the doctor for testing for std diseases..
