He wouldn't talk to you on the phone if he didn't like you, or probably not anway.
Here's the question, are you always calling him, or is he calling you also? If you call each other, he likes you too. If it's just you calling him, and sometimes he doesn't answer, he might not feel the same way.

you have to ask this guy. If you cant pick up on if he likes you or not by phone. I mean are you guys talking on the phone the whole time if so thats cool and its cool if your just holding the phone and not saying anything.. thats a good sign sometimes. Call a comfortable silence. But you someone have to man up and say I really like you do you feel the same or what. take it from there.

Well if he talks to you on the phone, he might. most boys if they don't like a girl. won't talk to her on the phone or in public. but it might not hurt to ask a friend, if they would ask him for you. think about it.
