Very refined and warm? Sounds like someone "boring" to me. Send your picture someone else who thinks you''re the hottest thing since Jlo. Warm is nice, hot is always better.

probably a look of class and in a smile or look you can tell 'warm and friendly' from 'cold and bitchy'
