My whole life my mom was on drugs, until three years ago. I was raised by my grandparents almost my whole life. I am 20, I spent my whole life being there for her through all her bullshit--jails, prisons, hospitals, detox--whatever, I accepted all her calls and always wrote her and visited her. Now she is clean and has a boyfriend and a baby. (yeah she had a baby almost two years ago!) And she acts like I am not important to her now. She needed me when she didn't have anyone else, but now she has forgotten about the one person who never forgot her. What do you think I should do and why does she act like this?

I was talking with my friend today who is newly married --- and he mentioned to us that his wife tld him he was the best she ever had (in the bed). This made me start wondering --- do most women tell there boyfriend\husband that they are the best -- whether they are or not --- to make them feel special --- did you?

If so what do you do? Since your maiden name is the same as your spouse, there's nothing to change, but was it awkward or refreshing to you to share the same last name as your spouse?

Just curious, always wanted to know if such a scenario exists and to whom, what was it like, etc.

Wfe had a thing going for 1 night and it was just kissing etc. He was my childhood friend. After this I settled down with another guy but we remained friends on and off. He blows hot and cold with me. one minute is great and the next quite off with me. He changed so much. Before he used to be loving and didn't care if a girl had blonde or brown hair now he only goes for brown hair since I have blonde I never thought about it until someone pointed out I know it sounds silly he talks about looks more and much now. I can go into detail but it seems he has immatured over the years rather than matured. I must have scarred him so i've been told. He is so superficial now before he had a lot of love to give. He told me ages ago when he was tipsy and said he wouldn't love again. I didn't think he meant me because we are just friends. He doesn't talk much and when he does these days I get the feeling he is lying to himself and to me.

Can love hurt so much it changes someone?

I met this girl at a sportsbar, i've been there twice now, and we led each other on through eye contact. however both times i didn't leave a number or nothing and the second time after an 18$ meal i only left a 2$ tip. Yeh i'm a jack***

It didn't even cross my mind till a couple days later how much that probably turned her off of me.

So in response i'm going up there this sat. to give her a 5, and to tell her i found it in my pocket later that night and that it was meant for it be on the table ( i never tell lies, but this time its needed )

this upcoming monday i'm having these sent to her at work with an anymous card http://onlineflorist-flowers.com/img/net/g/1101/send_flowers.jpg and then the following saturday i'm going back there with some diamonds i purchased for her and yes finally i'm going to ask her out when she gets off.

I'm doing this to show her i AM interested and that i know how to treat a girl. Thoughts? and how would you feel if a guy did this for you?

Everytime we have sex, he starts to bite really hard. I don't mind but he goes overboard and it is really painful. After that I am not in the mood to do anything. I get pissed at him & want to punch him right in the face. I have told him how I felt and he continues to do it.

How can i get my hubby to listen to me without handcuffing him to the chair!?I am 22 turning 23 and have been married a year to my hubby who is 25.Problem is he wants kids and i dont feel ready?He has always wanted kids young and expected his wife to stay home.This is not who i am or will ever be!My career is just started and i dont plan on kids for another 3-4 yrs.I will never ever be a house wife that he wants because it will make me feel caged .My hubby and i are polar opposites i am free spirited / open minded/love to have fun.My hubby is conservative , uptight,and he used to like to have fun no longer does.I want to travel he would prefer not to leave the state ever!He was fun before we got married now he is this coservative christian about everything?I am catholic but not overly so i play by my own rules thanks . He wants to force me to go too church as if he were my parent? Recently he has begun to complain about my clothing!

I cant seem to figure out this, but guys are way more confussing than girls. I met this guy about 3 months ago and we have been talking all the time. he says that he really likes me but he still has a girlfriend, but in June she had moved to Mexico. He went to Mexico last week with his family for Christmas.. and when he got back he told me that he missed me and that he wanted to see me. I asked him why he missed me and still talks to me when he has a girlfriend but he will just change the subject. I asked him if he was playing games with me and he said that he wasn't, so what am i supossed to believe? What should i do about this? I think that i should just move on with life... and get over him, but then again i think that i want to make him one of my homies and just hang out with him as friends.... Why is doing this to me? does he really like me or just toying with my mind?

A girl (25 yrs. old) and I (25 yrs. old) met through jdate.com. We had two very good dates. She called me back to his response for a third date. We talked, set things up and she mentions how she really would like to see me again but feel they still have a lot to learn about each other. She emphasizes alot...is this bad?
By a third date, should some semblance of a romantic relationship be developing? I did give her a short kiss on the lips just before we left last time.
Does it sound like she's not really interested in a relationship at all and yet she's using words that sound like she is? For instance, she said, "See, I have to be honest. I think we still have a lot to learn about each other. But, I'd really like to see you again." Could this mean as friends?

I wanted to wait until we get married but she keeps pressuring me.I Love this woman. A few time, things got so hot, I almost gave in but when I said I was going to get the condoms It completely turned her off. She doesn't want to use one and I don't want to get her pregnant. She is a couple of years from turning 40 and thinks she is getting to the point where she wont be able to have a baby (We both want to have kids). But its to early in our relationship to get married. I have lost a lot of faith in the whole concept of relationship's and love. How real (love inparticular) and important are they. In this day and age with the divorce rate, the meaningless flings and forgettable hook up's. Relationship's seem very dispoable and easy to replace these days. I did at one point believe in the concept of marriage but now, I don't know. You hear about the happy one's and the one's who are in hell. How do you know which one your gonna be? I don't want my wife to turn around one day and tell she doesn't love me anymore or vice versa. And then there's the option of no string attached. Just sex no nothing else. "Keep your options open." But that's sure as hell far from my value system! So what's left? I've been considering living a life of celibacy and singlehood. Invest my time and energy into my work. Being a better writer and artist. At least I know what I'm investing in there. Any thought?

ok there is this guy and well I'm still in high school and everytime that I see him, well first of all he told me that he liked me and now he is like totally ignoring me,... before we were like really good friends and we got along just great... now he is totally weird because one day me and my friend went to his house and there was this other guy friend of his with him, and we were playing basketball and we had a blast and then he invited me and my friend to his room and then we played spin the bottle and we kissed and stuff, but now when I see him in school he just passes right by me and doesn;t even say hi, and he is like telling people that I took everything seriously after he told his best friend that he likes me! everything is just plain weird, do you think that I should play basketvall with him this weekend or what should I do?

I have found out that my husband of 13 years has been emailing his ex-wife for the past year. They were high school sweethearts and have not talked or kept in touch for 15 years or so. Last year she contacted him and came to town and they saw each other. He only knows that I know about the emailing back and forth. He has no idea that I know about his meeting with her. I didnt not know that he met with her until recently. I dont think there is anything going on but it still bothers me. I told my husband many years ago that if he ever got in contact with her again that it would be ok if he let me know about it. When she left him 15 years ago she move across country. I just want to know what other people would feel like if this happened to them. I found an email the other night that he had emailed to her at 2:30 in the am.
