Well talk to him. Does he have a girlfriend? Does he want to be in a relationship now? What is he looking for in a girl? Etc. just talk to him and see what he tells you.

you should try to go and meet him ifyou are not already friends with him and then once your friends with him ask him to a movie or to hang out...something simple and fun and get a feel for how he feels about you. if you still can't determine how he feels after that just tell him how you feel and see how he responds.

You should try and talk to him, if you're not friends with him then make friends with him and when the time comes, be ready to say how you feel, just tell him and see how he reacts... You won't lose anything if you try...
