The thing is .... I have this friend of mine who is very sensitive and cries A LOT. You see I am really not good at this thing ,making people feel better when they are feeling sad, so when she cries I feel really bad 'cause I couldn't do any thing about it . Please tell me what to say when a person cries to make them feel better!!!!!!!

I met a girl after she gave me her number and met for coffee. She felt very comfortable with me from the get go because was beet red alot when I talked to her and she would extend her arm out towards me with her palms up and ask me a lot of questions about myself. She also had me sip her drinks a couple times, and asked me if I wanted to go out for drinks with her at a nice mexican restaurant after coffee. Her and I flirted some more and she laughed at practically anything I said. She also wanted to show me her new house she was trying to buy.and when I asked her for dinner she smiled broadly and said "I'd love to".

We were supposed to go out again tonight and she hasnt' returned my calls. What's the deal? It's been a week now and she's always returned my calls and has taken lengths to get in touch with me.

I know it's not me. Or is it? Why are they usually so insincere?

I love my husband and don't want to leave him, but I have also fallen back in love with what I consider to be my first love after 30 some years of no contact.

The old byfriend contacted me first, and all my old feelings for him came flooding right back. He has been the ONLY one that could/can make my hands shake, heart beat fast, and become speechless, even after all these years.

I called my old bf's bluff, and met up with him for one night to finish what was to be "unfinished" business between us. It was great seeing him again, but guess what? It's still unfinished and am afraid that is the way it's going to remain. We have so much in common, sometimes more than my husband and I.

I highly doubt that we will ever end up together in this lifetime since we made it quite clear to each other, that we would never leave our spouses for each other. He knows I love him, but I don't think he believes one can love 2 women or 2 men at the same time.

Just recently I've had to let go of a lot of friends I've had in high school. Now that life has moved on and I've realized my goals and in college, we're all going our seperate ways. Which is fine with me. How can I meet and make more female friends or just new people in general?

ok, heres the deal. i met a gal and we both fell head-over heels for eachother, we'd been together for about two months when along comes my best friend and within 2 weeks or so manages to take her from me.

but there is nothing he can give her that i cant infact, if anything i can give her more than he can. she doesnt even seem to know why she prefers him.

So besides me wanting him dead (lol) i dont know what to do. i would bargain with the devil for her back and i know that she still has feelings for me (she said) but theyre just not as strong as they used to be.
help is appreciated massively on the subject of what the hell should i do now.

angry when i text a friend of ours happy birthday..this guy i like and we have been seeing each other for about 3 mos and we both know this guy that happens to be a friend of his and i got introduced to him and i let him meet a friend of mine so we all just a group of friends well my friend got mad because i text our friend happy birthday...and i really donot understand why when first of all we are not a couple and secondly the guy is both our friend, and thirdly the guy use to date a friend of mine..so why did he get sooo upset to the point of literally using bad language at me..saying stuff like he donot text friends so why am i? what is really going on with him? he is confusing me because i asked him to be in a relationship with me and he said he wasnt ready so why all the animosity over me texting a friend of ours?

My wife and I had a long conversation the other week and basically she said I need to initiate sex more often. I've always been a little awkward about this because it makes me feel silly -- especially when she shoots me down.

I tried it the other day by sending her a text message (which I don't normally do) and she misinterpreted it to be a non-sexual message. When she called to ask about it, I was too embarrassed to say what I'd really meant.

As the evening went on, she could tell something was on my mind and dragged it out of me. I told her I was trying to be subtle like I thought she'd want me to, but it didn't work. I got sad and she got angry at me for being so easily discouraged.

She knows I'm trying to make this work the way she wants it to, but it's so depressing when it doesn't work. Does anyone know how I can initiate sex in a way that's more interesting and creative than just going up to her and saying, "Let's f---"?

Go easy on me. It's bad enough I'm having to ask.

I met this guy more than 3 months ago, & we get along fine. He told me that he's single and doesn't have a gilrfriend. But he revealed to me that there's this one girl who keeps on following him & is crazy about him.

Then yesterday, I got the shock of my life when I recieved an e-mail from this girl (whom my guy friend was talking about). In her letter, she was begging me to stay away from the guy because she feels that she is losing him ever since me and that guy met. She said that the guy talks about me all the time & is very fond of me. Now that made her real jealous. As far as I know, I am not stealing her "boy friend" away. I'm just keeping my composure.
Note: She just pinched my address from the guy, and obviously he doesn't know anything about this.

What do I do? Will I reply to her email? If so, what will I tell her?

And will I tell my guy friend about this? Do you think it's okey if I will forward to him this girl's letter?

I'm a young, nice looking guy who was in a bad relationship for 2 years with this girl and once i finally got out, i wanted to be single and i really enjoy it. I go places by myself. Places like the movies or out to eat and people i know look down on that. As if i'm not supposed to do these things if i don't have a girlfriend. Why not? Are you supposed to just stop living and enjoying life just because you don't have a mate? Would you just settle for anybody, even if they treat you bad, just to say you have someone? I don't get it.

I'm in a bit of trouble. My girlfriend and I have been reunited after a break up for about 40 days now. The reason for our break up was because I wasn't moving fast enough in the relationship and she felt she need to move on. All has been fixed now and things are growing everyday and going well. We are talking about getting married and everything. I've know her for a little over 2 years now and I have one issue that I haven't been honest with her about. She's 33 now and will be 34 this year. As gay as it sounds, I have to ask this question. I try my best to be respectful towards chicks. But I just can't seem to be respectful after getting a lay from them. After a lay I love to kick chicks out of my house and show them the road. I am worried about it coz eventually I will be trapped by one chick. How would I respect her after one lay? Who, besides male players, would want to pick from a bunch of beat-up lemons, marry them, spend shitloads of money on them, and then hope that they remain faithful? It just isn't worth it to me and it's hard to stay motivated when seemingly all the women out there are trash (and if they say they aren't, then they're usually liars as well). I think I grew up a few generations too late.

I know we love each other. Not sure if he's cheating....a month ago, I listened to his voicemail (yes I know that was wrong of me but it's hard for me to trust) and there was a msg from a girl "I want to hang out, etc. MAYBE I'LL KISS YOU AGAIN." I freaked, confronted him,he claims it's a girl at work who pecked him when they were having a drink after work (he works at a restaurant). I believed him, but I was upset that he didn't tell me about it. I told him to cut things off with her, don't be her friend, don't talk to her on the phone, etc.....he said he felt like I was being controlling, and he swore up and down he wasn't doing anything with her. He claims he just views her as a friend, but that she is into him. I spend every night and every weekend w/my boyfriend. BUT, last night I found out that he was at his friend's house, and she was there too. He tried 2 lie 2 me about it, but I knew she was there b/c I heard her voice in the bkground - what should I do?
