i asked about me being 25 and my boyfriend being 17.....is it really bad that that hes 17 but more of a man than some people older than me....and whats the difference if i was 30 and he was 22 or me being 38 and him 31....is it bad then?

17 will get you 20. It's considered statutory rape if you are being physical with him and his parents find out and report you.

It's bad because of the stage of life you are both currently in. When your 38 and he's 31 you pretty much are ready for the same thing. When you are 25 and his 17....you don't want the same things in life. Not be mention the 17 year old still is in different stages of mental development, no matter how mature he seems. Where as, you as the 25 year old are coming full terms with your maturity and thinking on a higher level then him. It's a fact. I think it's bad because you are wanting a committment and he will want that too for awhile until he realized that he's only 17 or 18 or 19 and he's too young to committe. And here you'll be 26 or 27 or 28 without a partner. Find someone your own age. At least someone who's old enough to drink or vote.

The only time age really matters is when someone can go to jail. Until he's 18 it's going to be called rape and I don't think you want that. If you were 30 and he was 22 it wouldn't matter as long as both of you were comfortable with it. It's just the problem of him not being legal that's in your way right now.

17 is under age. kids at this age don't really know what's good for them. they just want to have sex at this age and u being 25 are setting a bad example for the younger generation.if u had a son or a daughter would u have let her/him be with someone older?

its not bad, if you both care about eachother i see no problem. if he was younger like 15 or something then it would seem like maybe you were taking advantage of him cuz he was so young and naive but in this case i see no issues, dont sweat it!
