I'd have to say that giving birth is more painful but they have drugs and other ways to keep the pain at a minimum where as there is nothing to take the pain away from a kick in the groin and for another thing, after you give birth, you have a loving child but on the other hand after a kick you just have to walk funny for a little while.

This is a question that could never truly be answered, unless there is a person in this world who could experience both. Both men and women will debate this answer, but I highly doubt we would ever get a true answer. Child birthing (and yes, I have done it once!) varies between women. Some women have a high tolerance of pain, and some do not. Labor also varies from woman to woman as far as time goes. Some are in labor for short amounts of time and others are not. As far as I know, testicles can have different levels of sensitivity and varies from man to man. It would have to depend on the severity of the kick and the sensitivity of the man.

child birth! i doubt the pain from being kicked in the balls lasts 20 hours and gets worse as it goes along. if you want to test the theory let a woman kick you in the balls for 20 hours straight and kick harder everytime, then when 20 hours have passed to finish up the ordeal let her rip your d*** off and throw it at you then sew up the open wound slowly with a big needle!
