I was once told that if after 4 years if you still had feelings for someone that you believed you really loved then you truly were in love.

Has anyone heared of this kind of thing before and do they know if its true to any degree?

My so called "boy"friend seems to be getting home late, not spending time with me, and WORST of all, (people get ready) he just got fired b/c he was late and/or tardy 9 times! He has been very moody lately and is turning into a messy slob! What should I do? Take the high road and kick his sorry a*s to the curb, go to a counsler to seek help, or tell him the advice you might give? I'm willing to help him get back on his feet, but if this goes on any longer I'll have to leave him...

I know a couple of unmarried couple's who have had this problem. I am understanding when it come's to people's beliefs, so it would not hurt my feelings if someone refused to rent to me cause i was not married. A friend of mine was going to buy a house instead of rent and the owners refused to sell it to her because her and her fiancee were not married. I just think that is stupid. Let me know how you really feel about my question.

Not complaining at all, just blown away by my future husband's stamina since he's topped 2 hrs and still counting... And get this, he's not the type to fall asleep right after either. I was so use to 30 min or so and once they please themselves, it's over, lights out. This is a welcomed changed since I'm one who can keep up! ~lol~

I found out my husband of 4 yrs has/had been cheating on me back in October. I am trying work on "getting" over it, but nothing seems to be helping. The anger still building inside and let me tell you I have no problems displaying the anger. The trust issue is completly gone and at this point I don't see any light at the end of the tunnel for it to come back. Have any of you had a cheating husband and was able to make your marriage truely work or am I just wasting my time? I keep sinking into a deeper depression and I can't seem to let any of it go and getting more confused of to stay or go.

If u wanted to be a boys friend but every time u would try to be nice to him or u give away any hint of liking him he would be mean to u or make u look like an idiot in front of every one when all u want to do is be his friend! why would he do this?

I was with this man for 5 years and broke up in Feb. but really had the "we wont talk anymore, good luck with life" in November. I have been seeing someone since July and its now getting serious.
I had not heard from ex since that decision in Nov. but just got an email that pretty much said "happy birthday, christmas, new year. I miss you. This has been the saddest two months of my life. I now realize how I messed up. I have no hope for us anymore and im sorry. I will always love you, hope youre well." Kind of thing.
The way he worded it I cried very hard and it depressed me for a long time. I feel very bad for the way our relationship went and will love him always, we were just not meant for eachother.

Do I respond to this email at all? Leave it go? Help!

Why does my husband think it is completely ok to make me feel like I am a nuisance? It's not that he does it all the time, just when the mood strikes him. We went to a restaurant the other day and he got mad, because when the waitress asked if we wanted anything else I shook my head no. She apparently was only looking at me and left the table after she saw my reaction. My husband got all annoyed with me then, because he wanted dessert. I was like, "Well, you should have said something." and then he acts like I make everything his fault. I felt bad about it, so when the waitress came back I asked her apologetically if we could see what was for dessert. She had no problem with that, but my husband told her no thanks. When she left, he told me not to bother talking for him. THAT IS SO IRRITATING! I was trying to make up for him not getting dessert and he makes it seem like I am trying to be some overbearing b@#ch! Is it just me, or is that childish of him?

My wonderful soon to be bride is taking a medication called accutain for her acne. I think she is beautiful just the way she is and tell her that often. But she is a bit younger than me, 18 years to be exact, and I think she feels like she wants to look "perfect" for our wedding in Feb. I can not emphasize enough that I am NOT one of those guys who nags about appearance. I love her for HER and what is inside her heart. With that said, I feel like she is having some of the side affects that are posted about accutain. Namely, mood swings, very emotional, angers easily, all things very common to this drug and very very VERY uncommon to her. I have made a suggestion to her to talk to her doctor, but she refuses. My question is not whether I should pursue this, but how is the best way to do it without appearing like I am trying to control her. This drug is affecting her health and our relationship and I want to do something now for her and us.

i am 16 and wnat to wait till college but watching my friends deal with this crap and losing it before high school make me wonder if i will be the only one in 1st year college who dint do it. i i dont find pre marrige sex wrong but just want to wait till collge to get away from family and all but teh no guy wants to date and wait that long and if they did i feel guity to make them wait that long. so i am confused. will i be the only one to wait that long

My husband has been seeing this girl. First, I found out from his text message about most of their conversations. I confronted him, he said that he already warned me telling me over and over that I wasn't that affectionate to him, that I always nag him lately. The reason why is because he's not supporting us as he need to financially. We have 2 kids and I am working full time, going to school for free (GI BILL). He barely helps me in the house so sometimes I feel reallly tired that I just want to go to bed. Their affair didn't last for a week but the thing is my husband invited her to his x'mas party instead of me and went to see a movie together (at least that's all they told me). I tracked my husband's cell phone log and I was right. He said he was sorry but I don't see his sincerity because he said that I pushed him away. I went to see the female and confronted her face to face/talked to her in a civilized manner. How can I get rid of the memories they shared from my mind?
