With an honest answer. State your willingness to go out and possibly your interest. First will you go out with them? Then can you go out with them? Are you interested in them other than friendship?

I'd love to go, but I'm busy until next week.
I'm sorry, I appreciate the offer but I'm not interested.
I flattered, Id love to go.
I'd like to go, but I must tell you that I am not interested in you in that way.
Just be honest and polite and even in refusal you won't create an enemy. You do have the right to refuse or accept an invitation, just be polite about it.

If its a yes then you say yes! if its a no then u have to worry about hurting the other persons feelings....my suggestion is to say "I think we would be better as friends" or "you could do better than me...im not ready for a realationship" and cheesy stuff like that!

Well, it depends on if y ou're accepting or not. If you are accepting, then you should simply say "Yes, that sounds like a lot of fun!" That will both convey the interest as well as the fact that you think he's a fun guy!

there really isn't a "correct" way.

just say "yes" or "no".

there are certain respect rules though, like if a guy is nice but you don't want to date him, say something like "youre a great guy, but youre just not for me."

hope i helped.
