Just wondering- What is it about the deadbeat parent always trying to screw their kids? Why do they 'suddenly' get laid off or work under the table? They want their kids to have birthday partys, field trips at school, new shoes, food and electric etc? Why do they look for reasons NOT to pay child support? and if they honestly can not afford it, why do they go out and have MORE babies? do ANY of you have good luck with the honor system? who knows why?

How can i deal with a controlling, packrat mother? Our house hasn't been liveable in like 10 years. No one can live in harmony like this when theres only room for one person with the amount of clutter. My brother went to college far away and pretty much never came back. I am in college now too, but things there have not worked out for me and now im going to be commuting, from home! My mom says if I move out she will not pay for college and will take my car away (its in her name). And I don't have enough money to support myself. How can I deal with this? I just wish I had a mom that loved me, not JUNK.

I have a boyfriend of almost 2 yrs. we've been through a lot and i love him as a person very much but I dont think I'm in love with him anymore and think I should just break up with him. Its so close to christmas and hes doing so much for me, how can I break it to him and when is a good time? I feel awful about it since its almost christmas!! Hes a very angry person though and sometimes its so hard to talk to him without him getting crazy upset. I dont want him to hate me.

I had a crush 6mths back. she was her best friend and just suffer a breakup. I was then pursuing my crush and had a wonderful time together but realise that my crush is not really for a relationship and I move on.Before that I promised her to bring her best friend back .

It started harmlessly and her best friend and i text each other frequently.. Then i start to send her gifts like her wishlist and her fav goodies personally. 3 mth later i realise i have feeling for her. I relentlessly Call her to wake her up every morning as she got problem waking up for work.

However recently she start to turn cold. She not longer seem to want to text me and reply only in short sentence. I did hint to her that i like her. She took it as if a joke but in fact I got a feeling she know it is true. I did not want to move in as she may not get over her ex as she is the type who is devoted in love. I wondering is it because of her ex, her best friend(my ex crush) and other reasons for her act?

Well, my problem is that i have been chatting to a man who is aged 26 years old, and me i am 13, we have been chatting thorugh yahoo messenger, well my mom doesn't like it but me i love chatting wth him, he is really cool, understanding, i really like him!!! My boyfriend cheated on me! He spent 6 hours on the phone with me last night apoligizing to me and crying and telling me that He wanted me back and telling me everything that he would do for me if he could only just see me again. My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 rocky years. I am 29 and he is 28. I have been in a few "long term relationships", most of which I ended because of infidelity or just stagnation in the relationship. Arguing has never really been my thing. Fighting and confrontation are usually last resorts, however with this relationship there is always an argument, and always it is said to be my fault. Most of our arguments center around him having people over at the house. (The house is one that has been put in my hands by my family, paid off etc). He had folks in one of the unoccupied bedrooms, and didn't have the common decency to let me know what was going on. Thus an argument started. I have never lived with anyone before, but this back and forth is really for the birds. How can it be that I have never had any of these problems with anyone else, but constantly have them with him? What is a better way to have my concerns heard?

My mom is a packrat adn won't let me get rid of anything, I feel so trapped because there is just so much stuff there is not enough room for me. My mom says If i leave she will stop paying for my car and college. I can't live like this, but I need a college education. I feel so trapped. All this clutter is making me so depressed I can't move around the house let alone have anyone over! What can I do? I jsut made the stupidest decision of my life by deciding to comute this semester! Im just trapped, there is no place for me.
