Does it mean the person may be interested in you or could it be that both had a lot to say and both are talkative people?

It could. But it could also mean they are bored, or want to be kept from some unwanted chore. It could mean a lot of things, but interest in one another is a distinct possibility.

If you are talking on the phone with the guy for five hours and longer the mean he really like the girl he is talking to and they will still be talking on the phone for hours?

It really could mean either. Its hard to say. Depending on the conversation that went on he could like you or maybe just sees you as a friend. You're a better judge than anyone over the internet could be!

i would say that you are very interested and so are they. even people who can say a lot, probably wont stay on the phone with a person of the opposite sex that long

There definitely has to be some interest if you stayed on the phone that long.
